This restaurant is absolutely amazing! We dined in for a great lunch once, and the food is consistently delicious. We really loved the crispy garlic chicken and the pineapple curry with prawns. For delivery, our absolute go-to order is always the crab rangoon and panang curry. We recently ordered delivery and were very impressed; the packaging was incredibly sturdy, keeping everything perfectly hot. Highly recommend this spot for both dining in and taking out!

The Food: 4.5/5 Stars
If you’re going solely for the food, Thai and Taps delivers. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by the quality of the dishes, especially considering the location.
Crab Rangoons: Creamy, rich, and surprisingly well-balanced. The meat-to-cream ratio was spot on. Some of the better ones I’ve had on the West Coast.
Pad See Ew: Generous portion sizes. I even needed a to-go box, which is always a good sign.
Thai Iced Tea: Extremely sweet—like 11/10 levels of sugar. I enjoy sweet drinks, but this was over the top even by American standards. If you’re not used to that kind of sweetness, consider yourself warned.
Lad Na: My wife ordered this and said it was quite good. It’s not a common dish to find in Lynnwood, so that was a pleasant surprise.
The Service: 1.5/5 Stars
Unfortunately, the service was where things really fell apart.
From the moment we walked in, we felt rushed and unwelcome. There was no warm greeting, and the overall interaction with the staff lacked friendliness and professionalism. Even when my wife (who is a Thai native) tried speaking Thai to the waitress in an effort to connect, she was ignored. Strangely, the waitress later spoke Thai to another customer nearby. That left us both feeling overlooked and, frankly, disrespected.
We understand that people can have off days, but for a sit-down restaurant, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had in a while. It wasn’t just about slow service. It was about attitude, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. Sadly, it’s the kind of experience that overshadows great food.

• Service: Disappointing enough to keep us from coming back.
If food is all that matters to you, you’ll likely enjoy it. But if the overall dining experience is important, especially respectful service, you may want to look elsewhere.

Located a block from the main downtown strip, Thai and Taps offers all the standards; fresh ingredients, very generous portions; everything I ordered was delicious, well prepared & presented. Don’t forget to quench your thirst with a sweet Thai iced tea or coffee & the selection of craft beers on tap. Not a fancy place but casual, local vibe with friendly service and a meal that won’t disappoint. Limited but free parallel street parking; indoor & covered outdoor porch dining with heat lamps. Cute house transformed into a restaurant. I loved the small space with simple but very nice wooden furniture. Good ambiance music and welcoming staff.
We ordered the typical Pad Thai and the Massaman curry with white rice and both were delicious.

Really nice wait staff, great location and nice outdoor seating area. Prices were good and portions are huge.
The food itself was very bland. No spice, waitstaff also did not ask about spicy level. Pretty disappointing and will stick to the other Thai restaurant in town until they make improvements.

We usually don’t eat Thai food because it’s always mid. Never found a place where I thought it was worth to spend my money on! BUT, we were driving in the area and stumbled on this GEM! The service was great, food came out fast and EVERY single dish was amazing! I’m definitely going back soon

Best Thai food is Snohomish County! Best Thai food in Washington This place is cute, very clean, welcoming and of course DELICIOUS They take immense pride in their food and customer experience! Portions are grand and hot tell the last bite!!! They provide comfortable seating which seems rare these days and great music something everyone can enjoy and wasn’t to loud to enjoy the company of my husband and speaking with the employees as they swung by! The very last grand compliment and the hero’s of great hospitality the employees from the front of house to back of house cooking. They all were happy and worked seamlessly as a team I feel like they all were happy to be there working even on a Friday night our food was cooked perfectly I couldn’t say a bad thing about it even I wanted to! I’ve had many dishes here, the food is cooked very quickly, which is great for pick up.
Flavors are there, appetizers are always delicious. The one thing I’ll say is they really overcook the meat. If I’m paying an extra $2 for beef, please don’t make it inedible and difficult for me to chew and swallow.

I’m very picky about Thai food and this place delivers! The menu has a lot of variety. The patio is cozy and has heating lamps to make sure you’re comfortable on a chilly evening. Highly recommend.
