We had been traveling for five hours and we did not want fast food. Palermo’s was a nice change and the waiter kept bringing us fresh hot garlic bread while we waited for it food. The lasagna was really good and the kids seemed happy with their food.

My partner and I went for date night and had a good overall experience. I got the seafood combo and enjoyed every bite. The shrimp were huge, the scallops were plenty, and the mussels were perfect. My partner got the chicken picatta and liked the pasta but said the chicken needed to be seared or grilled; it was kind of plain and chewy. The seafood section of the menu is a bit confusing as it states it comes with side salad, but you must specify if you want it or not which needs to be discussed before you order or added to the menu. The restaurant is nice and quiet, they have a nice fireplace in one section. I do think they should seat people on the side with the bar as it is much more cozy and inviting. The free bread was great and complimented our dinner well. Overall 4 stars and would recommend giving it a try.

Overall: Food was excellent. Service was good for the most part. The restauraunt needed more decor for an Italian food restauraunt.
The waiter we had was Italian and he was very good. He provided very good wine and food recommendations which were very appreciated. There were these delicious garlic rolls that were served as an appetizer and they were much appreciated. The food (Viva Italiana) pasta was amazing. Very creamy base but not too heavy with lots of mushrooms and Italian sausage. I could totally eat 3x the portion, and they were not all that small to begin with. I would come back just for that dish.
Another waiter got my credit card mixed up with another patron and ended up giving me the wrong check. This was not too big of a deal but good thing I checked the bill before I signed. I think this may just be a teething issue with a new restaurant. Also the side room with the bar smelled like the Goodwill store, but the main restaurant smelled fine.

I ordered the lasagna in the past and it was excellent, yesterday ordered again for take out. It was sliced like a prime rib 1 inch thick and 6 inches long??? What happened to a big square piece? The chief must have forgot what type of restaurant they are.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. Their Minestrone soup was NOT in fact, minestrone, but the leftover foods in the back. The customer who ordered it, tasted it, and gagged. Their shrimp scampi was not shrimp scampi. It had a ragu- like marinara sauce that both looked, tasted, and smelled like 80’s sweaty gym socks. I was horrified at this. They were out of half of the wines on their menu, and did not inform us of this beforehand. Every meal was slathered in the nasty ragu sauce. Their seafood was frozen, and just plain nasty. They didn’t even put in two of our orders. They never asked how the food was, nor did they check in with us. This food was vile. This is definitely in need of a Gordan Ramsay makeover.

On a 8,000 mile RV road trip and decided to stay in Laramie, WY. Checked in early at our rv park and decided we wanted Italian food.
We found Palemos online and we were far from dissapppinted. They had the best Italian food we’ve had on our trip and maybe ever!
Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo was my favorite dish. Server was on top of things, very helpful.
When you create a memory, you have to know the food was good. Very good.
