I love dunkin dunkin is great but the people they hire are how the lowest is I have ever seen the two people working night shift have no idea what there doing and need to be fired. TERRIBLE SERVICE do better

The staff are so friendly and nice and my food is always hot when they have what I want. The morning crew handles the everyday morning rush like champions, with great customer service even when they do not have what I order. God job!!!
Now, the drive-thru path and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Not having a lot of the items on the menu is UNACCEPTABLE as many times as it has happened!!!
Now, back to the parking lot. There was a huge pothole close to the window in the drive-thru for several months. It finally got fixed after many months. Currently, there are potholes at the exit/entrance from the main road that are getting bigger and bigger by the day. It’s like driving through a minefield! PLEASE FIX YOUR PARKING LOT AND ORDER ENOUGH FOOD LIKE BACON, SAUSAGE, EGGS!!!!!.

It feels like every time I go here, there’s always at least one item they are missing for my coffee (oatmilk, caramel, vanilla, etc.) Every single time I try to pay at the kiosk using the app, it will not accept it. It tries to process it and then says it was denied. I cannot get it to work and I try every time I go there (about once a month). Half of the time I could be the only one in line or one of two in line and I end up ordering on my phone because the employees take SO long to actually take orders at the register. The fact that this dunkin is inside a gas station also absolutely makes it worse. I stopped one morning for coffee and had to use the bathroom (the only one they have is a gas station bathroom, no actual dunkin bathroom) and of course, as you would expect, there is actual human poop all over the toilet, the floor, etc. When I alerted the man at the counter for the gas station, he went and took a look, and did nothing. Didn’t put a sign up, didn’t close the bathroom, didn’t attempt to clean it, just left it as it was. I 100% believe this dunkin would be better if they were completely independent from this gas station.

Stopped in to pick up a mobile order and could hear one of the employees talking loud and cursing. I see my order says ready but is not in the pick up area. She sees me looking and when I tell her the two items She answers a bit rudely, we don’t have any caramel. I switch to French Vanilla. I’m still waiting on my coffee roll (which has my name next to it same as the coffee. “What else you waiting for?” I said a coffee roll and I point to it and she yells I know where it is I’m just double checking! To be clear she is the only one you can see and hear that attitude coming from. If I am correct, someone called her Dee (sp). I spend money for a product not an employees attitude because they may be having a bad day. Hire better and maybe read the board instead of including me in your job only to snap at me.

Today I stopped at this location to get my early morning breakfast at around 6:15 in the morning. I ordered my usual, croissants, bacon, egg, and cheese and a cup of hazelnut coffee with milk. First, the customer service was unacceptable. I guess they were more worried about their fingernails, than me the customer. Another young lady was busy trying to clock out. I collected my order and drove for about 10 or 15 minutes before I decided to eat my sandwich. I open my sandwich. It was burnt. The bacon was hard, the croissants were so burnt that it was also very hard. Because I drove so long I couldn’t turn back to take it back to the store. I was not happy with the service at all. When I’m driving through Pennsylvania again, I definitely will not stop at this location again.

I ordered two items online today and came to the store on time, however only one item was there. I waited to see if they were still working on it but I could tell someone likely took it. Ignored by 2 associates, finally I got the attention of one who promptly remade my drink no questions asked. Though when I got it back it was 3/4 full with more sweetener than I requested in my previous order and I’m now 10 minutes behind.

The food was good. We ordered the chicken wraps. However, one lady at the cash was not friendly at all, even with her staff. She took a wrong order and tried to push back with her comments, but I reminded her about her tone.
