Enjoyed our food which was unlike any other Mexican restaurant we’ve been to. The queso was thick and paired with tortillas. We made little cheese tacos out of it. The salsas were tasty with the pico have a little heat at the end.
Dining area was clean and colorful with good music.
Service was lacking to start but ended well. We arrived and received chips and salsa shortly after. The next time someone came to our table was 25 minutes later when we flagged them down. It seemed like the waiter was unaware we were in his section because he passed us many times to take care of other tables. Once we asked for drinks, he was responsive and helpful.

My family and I just found our new favorite brunch spot. La Posada recently opened, and they are already operating like seasoned pros. I’ve eaten my way through a lot of breakfast menus, and the execution here is flawless.
The “Must-Orders” (Trust me on these):
The Churro Waffle: The star of the show. It’s genuinely crispy and cinnamon-sugary on the outside (just like a real churro) but fluffy inside. Pro Tip: Split this with the table; it is huge.
Ranchero Brisket Burger: This is a messy, delicious masterpiece. The egg yolk drip over the brisket is exactly what you want it to be.
Steak & Eggs: Hard to find a place that nails a medium-rare steak at 10 AM, but they did. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and the hash browns have that perfect “crunchy outside, soft inside” ratio.
Empanada Trio: The cheese pull is to die for. Go for the chicken or cheese.
The Drinks: They do Bottomless Mimosas ($29.99) with flavors like Tamarind, Mango, and Strawberry.
Insider Tip: They pour heavy on the sweet puree! If you like yours stronger/drier, ask the bartender for just a “splash of juice” .
The Service & Vibe: Impeccable. We came as a large family of 7, and despite being a newer spot, the staff handled our table perfectly. Attentive without hovering. No wait time yet, but that won’t last long once word gets out.
Logistics & Value:
The Price: We fed a party of 7 (with drinks and appetizers!) for only $250. For the quality and portion sizes we got, that value is unbeatable.
Parking: Street parking is tight. Save yourself the stress and head straight to the nearby parking garage.

We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The server is very warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. There is a bar and various seating options. We sat at a booth and enjoyed an amazing time together, complemented by great food. Our server was friendly and attentive, kind and funny. He gave excellent suggestions and definitely did his best to make sure we had a good experience.

This place is fantastic. Very fresh and well prepared Mexican food. Upscale with a nice range from normal taco fare to more high end entrees. Rivals some of the great Mexican meals I’ve had in California and Arizona, which is a high bar. Very friendly staff. A fun and social environment. Ate here twice on a 4 day visit.
