This is a very nice and clean Burger King location in Batesville, IN! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! It is a modern, more upscale Burger King and the inside is neat and inviting! And the decorations for Christmas are a nice, classy touch! I will definitely be coming back to this pleasing location!

The burger king in Batesville is a step above others I have been to. The place is pretty clean, the staff are attentive and friendly and the food is always fresh. I use the app a lot and pickup from the counter which is convenient. Hands down beats the clown down the street

It’s open! This was written 1/6/2022, and we were there at around 2PM.
Just stopped in with my son to get some whoppers at the new Burger King!
Everything was really good – food hot, fast and friendly service, and they were really out there working cleaning tables and tending to the garbage cans, etc.
This used to be the old Steak n’ Shake. While they’ve basically remodeled the whole thing inside, they still kept the idea of the L-shaped counter so you can order and then go around to the end of the L (by the drink machines) to pickup your order. I didn’t even have my drinks made when the order was up!
They have the freestyle drink machines, so you can get all types of combinations of stuff to drink – and they have sweet/unsweet tea as well.
They also have the flame broiler with a view-window on the side so you can see the flames, and a burger on the ceiling made as a light source. Lots of windows as well so you can see outside.
I took some pictures – the place looks nice and it has plenty of seating, and none of the tables are super long like the old ones from the last place (which were hard to get in and out of).

They have the best food out this way honestly. I’ve been to McDonald’s and other food chains and they’re no match for Burger King , employees always nice and respectful and they prepare the food very well. I’m the fedex driver and I come almost everyday because there’s how good they’re food are for a mere 10 bucks

The girl at the drive through slammed our drinks around like she was angry we ordered..and told us “your food will be ready when it’s ready” what happened to this Burger King? The service used to be great! So good I in fact let one of the drive through workers Drive my car to prom! Simply for that fact he made my day everytime I came through..I’m very dissatisfied. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone was rude and almost hung up until a young man claiming to be the manager snatched the phone from her..he was nice and agreed that the service was below par and unacceptable..however I don’t believe this was a manager..if it was he needs to reign in his staff..who seem to run over him..horrible horrible service..I’ll never eat here again and I’ll make sure to post anywhere I can to make sure this wreck of a business doesn’t make anymore money

So disappointed. They’ve been open for maybe a month or two and inside is dirty. I told them of the huge spill so no one would fall…but they didn’t even care. Never cleaned it up. All tables are dirty. Drink area is dirty. Asked for those little cups to get ketchup, employee told me she didn’t know where they were. So had to just a coffee cup lid. Customers are getting in the cabinets to wipe off tables!! Terrible.

Very nice people, wasn’t mean or rude even in the slightest.
10/10 service and all, sure it took a few mins to get my food but that is a given as it was rush hour.
Even told me to be careful, the food is hot.
