The store was opened for inside dine. It was more or less clean. Three girls were working there. They are friendly and well behaved with their customers. The store is located in a small city of Louisiana. The rest rooms were not clean that much. Overall, my experience was good.

I don’t know what happened to the skinny girl with a forearm tattoo. She was snapping at customers, and snapping at her coworkers who were obviously new. If she’s in a leadership role, I want management aware that she is not helping employees learn by yelling at them. Made the experience very awkward. The shorter blonde woman with the glasses was very sweet.

This was the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Bread and everything else was fresh, even the cucumbers had a nice crisp crunch. The 3 people working tonight 12/09/2024 @ 7pm deserve recognition. I’m not one to leave detailed reviews but I was truly impressed with food and service. Thank you for making me love subway again. We were just passing through otherwise this would be my new favorite location but it’s 2 hours away from my home. Lol

The food was good, that’s not the point! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! No one greeted us as we entered, the waitress didn’t even let us know it was time for us to place an order, just looked at us with bad attitude, and the cashier was very rude, she snatched my coupon out my hand and was very rude! Gave my son and I very poor experience as we dined in! She was more polite with the other race customers! I want to say in this day in age we should be beyond any stereotypes but yet here we are. Only one young lady was nice and she was the one of color,same race as us!

Went in today to get something to eat, and they had a stainless steal shelf over the meat section and you couldn’t see what you was getting. So I didn’t get anything, and want be back. That’s why I liked going their because you could see and ask for what ever you saw . But now there covered it all up. Just lost a customer.
