Had a few pizzas delivered but they were both dry and overcooked I won’t be ordering from here again your employees need to get it together. I would never let my crew take these pizza to a customer. If you mess up then cook them again don’t serve terrible food. My kids should not have had to put up with that

I also picked up the pizzas for my family and had the pleasure of listening to the manager interact with her employees. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality control and instruction to the staff to remake a pizza that wasn’t up to standard. The manager gave clear, consice instructions and education in real time to the staff to improve the pizza preparation, and did it without being angry or demeaning. As a manager myself, I greatly appreciate this balancing act because staff are worth building up to do better. Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow and do better at work, and this gives job satisfaction. Great job. The staff were friendly and professional.

Just picked up a pizza , paid online . Check out person ask for a tip. We got the pizza home and somebody had put bbq sauce on it , scraped most of it off and put regular sauce on it . When I called the person just said thank you. Should have ordered Dominos Randleman rd , they always make it great.

I walked in today for the 6.99 box with a personal pizza and boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce. The pizza was cooked so hard it was like a cracker with raw pepperoni with no sauce. The 3 little hard wings were cooked beyond recognition. They were like rocks put in a shallow tray with sauce poured over the top. The tray had no sides, and was thin cardboard, so all the sauce was in the bottom of the box..dry hard wings. I am done trying to give Pizza Hut another chance. They just can’t get it together.

First off you order from a call center when you call. And we ordered a thin crust pepperoni and picked up our order within 15 minutes of calling. It was so dry and you couldn’t even break the crust with your hands!! Had to have been pre made and reheated. Spend your money at another pizza restaurant.

Staff asked for a tip when I came in for a carry out pizza. I proceeded to tell them I didn’t have cash and they tell me it will come off my card. I was pressured into a tip. Basically like being harassed by the homeless for spare change. Do better

My family just ordered some takeout. Theirs was fine but my food had issues. My bacon was uncooked. The restaurant compensated me for the inconvenience, but when I called to express my complaint, the response I was met with leaned more towards ‘me not telling the truth’ rather than them taking responsibility for the mistake. I told them I took a photo. Here’s my chicken & bacon parm pizza melt.

This Pizza Hut location has excellent customer service. I believe the person who took my order this time and the last time I ordered pizza is Shaunna. She is very personable, accurate, and moves quickly to prepare my order. Without missing a beat, she mentioned the severe weather and her wishes that I get home safely. I definitely recommend this location of Pizza Hut.
