I placed an order on 10-31-2025 on my Papa John’s app, and when I got here, they had my name but said my order was made but didn’t have my order anymore. They gave me attitude about it. I showed them my app that I was here to pick it up. The manager said she could just refund me but I needed dinner for the family. I got the pizzas after an extended wait, but the manager should have made the food and refunded. Olivia, the manager, was very rude and does not know how to run a restaurant.
The pizza was also just thrown in the box in a hurry too and looked like crap.

I ordered a pan pizza and Oreo Bites, and unfortunately both items were poorly made. Because of that experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re specifically looking for quality pizza from Papa John’s.
That said, the staff member who assisted me was very kind and refunded my order without issue.

I mean, ‘Atmosphere’ is a given with delivery! Aside from that, 5 stars for quality/taste, friendliness, and always being early! They startle me. Lol. I know I ordered, and I know a delivery person will show up, but they startle me because I’m not expecting them early. This is not a complaint! It’s so hot when it arrives, that I have to wait a few to eat it. It builds up the anticipation. Again, not complaining!

Extremely pleased with their overall service! It took less than 30 minutes to receive our dinner after ordering delivery. All of the pizzas always turn out really good. Will continue to order from them.

Crusty looking old delivery guy wreaked of cigarettes then asks for a tip and stands there when you bluntly tell him no. That aside, the quality sealed stickers are a joke because they’re never put on to mark the box sealed or if they are put on the box’s, at least one portion of it remains open. The last two pizzas have been excessively greasy like Pizza Hut and stick to the cardboard, so I end up losing half my pizza to cardboard.

Gosh, I really wanted this to be better. There’s a big sign outside this place showing off a specialty pizza, so that’s what I wanted to try. It came out very underwhelming. After sitting and listening to an employee in the back rant about his job history, the pizza finally came out and I was very disappointed- it had no flavor, and the crust tasted burnt. I didn’t even end up finishing it.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s, and overall, the experience was good. The food arrived on time, it was fresh, hot, and tasted great—definitely the quality I expect from this chain.
However, my delivery experience was a bit uncomfortable. The driver mentioned how excited he was about the inauguration tomorrow, which I found inappropriate. While I understand people have their own opinions, I think political discussions, even in small talk, should be avoided in professional interactions like food delivery. It’s possible to be friendly and pleasant without bringing up politics.
That said, I’d still recommend Papa John’s for their reliable service and good food, but I hope they encourage their staff to keep conversations neutral and professional.
