Crazy thing is, I only got into pho about 10-12 years ago, and have come to love many Vietnamese restaurants in the area. That said, I’ve …

This is honestly the first time I have ever had pho..so i dont have anything to compare it to. But the food was soy amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful when inwas asking questions about the food. All in all it was a pleasant meal. Open eating area could be a tad cleaner, but it doesnt take away from the over all experience! 7 / 10 would recommend.

Normally love this place. Went on nov 3 and I am so disappointed with the food we got for carry out, by the time we got home it was to late to take back. I ordered the small pho with chicken, steak and shrimp, totally didn’t even give me shrimp I was like ok thats fine till I got to the basil that was rotten and not even useable. Went to bite into a shrimp roll and the shrimp was not even cleaned of the shell and legs. Most likely will not go back.

Overall a good place to eat. Had the B11, hot tea and a side of egg rolls. Next door to “The Suite”.

A delicious to-go meal for weary travellers. The menu is extensive, but Vietnamese food connoisseurs may miss a few things like egg cake meatloaf (chả trứng hấp) or pancakes (bánh xèo). We had fresh rolls (gỏi cuốn) spring rolls (chả giò), phở, and a broken rice dish (cơm tấm). They were all very good, really great considering their customers appear to be mainly non-Vietnamese.

I wonder if they switched owners because what was once a yummy meal is now a poor quality filler ingredients of a dish. Even the fish sauce is just watered down vinegar with sparse pepper.

Food as always was great but the service was lacking due to not enough staff with the crowd.

Their service has become pretty terrible and the food seems to take forever even when there’s no crowd.
Edit: I’ve changed my review to one star, only because 0 stars was not an option. I have eaten here almost weekly for 6 months, ordering the same thing with very little variance. Today was terrible, we arrived shortly after 12:30, did not receive food until almost 2. The large bowl of Pho that I ordered today was barely halfway filled with broth and had only minuscule shreds of chicken dispersed throughout. When I brought this to the attention of the manager (the waitress brought her up) she said “that’s how it’s supposed to be”. She brought a fresh bowl out, so at least it was rectified. I will be avoiding this place from now on. Every visit has gotten progressively worst than the last.
Edit #2: My will broke and I have visited several times despite my promise to avoid Pho Viet. Each subsequent visit has become better. The quality of the food has always been great but now the service is also wonderful. Maybe they had a bad 2 months or so, idk. I’ll continue eating here and recommending it.

Bottom line up front: Decent food, non-existent service.
I’ve been to this location twice in the past 30 days. I normally go to Uptown Vietnamese Cuisine on 13th and Broadway, but I thought I’d give this place a shot. I was a little hesitant after reading some of these other reviews, but what the hell can’t be that bad. Both of the times that I was there, the experience was not great. The staff was not rude or anything, they just seemed not care about basic customer service. I was not greeted either time I entered the restaurant and ended up seating myself after being ignored by staff. There was no delay in taking the order either time and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Once you get your food though, be prepared to be ignored for the remainder of your meal. You might want to bring a flare gun or a loudspeaker to get the attention of the waitresses, as they don’t pay attention to anything that a normal waitress would notice. My recommendation to anyone thinking about going here is to just go to Uptown instead. Food is better there and the staff doesn’t suck.

Great Pho! My wife and I enjoy eating here, and try to eat here at least twice a month. I will normally get the Chicken and Shrimp Pho and my wife enjoys some of the Thai dishes that they make. Also worth mentioning are the excellent spring and summer rolls. The kitchen is quick, and the waitresses are friendly and attentive. I have never left here less than full.

Worst service ever!!! Honestly never felt so ignored in my whole entire life. If I could give it no stars I would. The service was horrible the place was not that busy and waited a long time to be seated. When we finally sat, the table was still dirty. I waited for about 15 minutes while the servers were more busy trying to get the attention of a group of guys just to get a bigger tip. That’s not all I had to stand up and walk up to the lady and let her know that we were ready to order. The lady took our orders and forgot to get our drinks. Let’s just say your better off not coming here save your time and your money.
