TLDR; Serious problems with delivery orders.
I wish I could pick another store, but because I am using the JM app they pick which shop makes the sandwich. The last three orders have all been incorrectly prepared. I have tried to call them before placing my order, but they never answer their phone…even in mid-afternoon.

Asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and got minimal of both. Felt like I was eating meat and bread. Been here multiple times and have dealt with this nearly every time. I’m finally giving up.

I had a free sub on my app so I ordered on it again and went in for pick up. Sandwich was ready when I arrived. Sub was delicious and tasted fresh.

I went in, honestly expecting a pretty standard fast food experience. But the service was absolutely phenomenal. I had to ask the worker his name and shout him out here. Xander, you did an amazing job man! He moved so elegantly, honestly, it was beautiful watching him make my sandwiches, I was drooling just watching. He was super friendly, and even though I had some specific requests for my food he got it done and got it right, which is pretty rare because I have some allergies. My mom passed away of pancreatic cancer the day before I went in. However, for a brief moment, I honestly forgot all of that. And the food was delicious. I was so glad to choose Jersey Mikes, and I will be returning.

Went there because we’re traveling and we know Jersey Mike’s is safe for Celiac’s. I asked more questions than usual and watched very carefully because I’m extra cautious when I travel. They were very understanding and friendly. The bread was extra soft, too. If I hadn’t seen them remove it from the wrapper I would have wondered if it was actually gluten free!

I guess they only hire high school dropouts and ex-convicts. Who can’t make a chicken sandwich with 3 toppings. Only go here if you want what you didn’t order.

I haven’t been this disappointed in a fast food place since subway gave me old rotten teryaki chicken. But after this train wreck of a sandwich I’ll probably go back to that subway and ask for double. Lettuce onion and oregano. You couldn’t even get 2 out of 3 right. I guess that would be over-achieving. Maybe next time I’ll ask for everything and pray you get something right.

This location is further away from my house. I’ll drive a little because they make good sandwiches. Worth a 15 minute drive if I’m going to spend $18 on a sandwich. Yes, I said $18. Yikes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jersey Mikes for years but will no longer get their sandwiches anymore…they shrunk the size of their sandwiches while also increasing their prices. Got their regular size sandwich and it was sooo tiny and sad.
