Loved to be able to get some Checkers in VA! The food was delicious and fresh. The fries were as delicious as I remember them, last time I had Checkers was 5 years ago! I live approximately 45 minutes from this place but would drive there to eat there once again. Love checkers! Their staff was friendly and quick!

The sandwiches at this restaurant are noticeably smaller compared to those at Wendy’s or Chick-fil-A, yet the prices remain the same. Additionally, I ordered six combo meals, but only received five in the bags—showing a lack of attention to customer orders. While the chicken and meat in the sandwiches taste great, the portion sizes and service quality leave much to be desired.

I believe they had only 1 employee working during lunch on a Saturday……
There were 2 cars behind me and we all had to pull around and wait about 10-15 minutes for food. Our order was messed up so my husband went to the window to tell her and when she brought out our food the second time it was wrong again, our other food was getting cold at this point so my husband said to just leave as it had been about 25 minutes.. How on earth do they expect 1 person to do all that work of course the order was wrong?!?!? Tea machine needs cleaned too!!

Food here is great, very fast service super friendly cashier, he helped me understand the 2 for 6. He was very patience and got my food out very fast and hot. I will be coming back and visiting this location again

Excellent meal at this location, very tasty and delicious! Bacon Cheeseburger was made to order and tasted great, the fries were perfectly seasoned as well. Finished it all off with a milkshake for dessert, I will be back to this location.

I am a pure vegetarian and this is the service that I give unacceptable I can’t believe it drove 20 minutes for the sandwich and they had bacon in it when I told them pacifically not to add it not acceptable. Try calling the store for a refund something else maybe in the future but never picked up my phone. Very bad service had to wait 20 minutes for my food there as well. Very bad service!!!!
