This restaurant finally opened. I’m not sure are they ready to open. Do make sure your back of the house is organized and orderly if open kitchen is the concept. All the front cooler became their storage instead of featuring products selection. The point of sales and menu kiosks weren’t ready. The grilled pork and grilled chicken sandwich was sold out on Sunday noon. Just not prepared.

The first time my husband went to buy from Banh Mi De Nhat, he ordered a roast pork banh mi, but he was given a cold cuts banh mi instead. We didn’t complain, thinking it was just a small mistake.
The second time, I went to the store and bought one xiu mai banh mi. About 4 minutes later, I came back to order another roast pork banh mi. At that time, the shop had a “buy 2 get 1 free” promotion, but no one mentioned the free sandwich.
I gently brought up the issue from the last visit when they gave us the wrong order, and I mentioned that I wasn’t trying to ask for compensation — I just hoped the shop could improve its customer service.
The young man at the register checked with his manager, but it seemed the manager didn’t handle the situation very smoothly. In the end, the cashier simply rang up my order like normal, without offering any explanation.
I’m sharing this feedback with good intentions, because I really enjoy the food here and I hope the customer experience can be improved in the future.

Walking up to the restaurant they have decent amount of choices. Food in the restaurant is pretty nice the fish sauce is a little sweet but it doesn’t destroy the dish dessert here is quite nice, however the red pearls was… Something. Overall this is a nice restaurant for a quick bite.

I stopped in to order a few banh mi thit nuong to bring home to my family to try. The Banh Mi is buttery and full of meat they were delicious! My family yelled at me for not buying more. I will certainly be back.

I order 3 grill pork sandwiches but they end up give me three special sandwiches but charging me with the higher price. This is not the first time they did that. I gave them several chances but kept disappointing. I will never come back to this place again. They do business like it’s a joke. I do not recommend this place.Very disappointing.

They’ve been opening for more than a week and it’s totally not organized. No separate place for customers to wait for Togo order. Bunch of people stand around order area is so chaotic. and They have the kiosk machines but not functional and also display the incorrect prices of many items, which don’t match up at all with the prices displayed on the menu tv. Many items on menu weren’t available like salted/coconut coffee when asked. The original Vietnamese coffee is strong but kinda tastes artificial. Banh mi is very bland and there’s literally only 4 small strands of pickled carrot in my banh mi. It definitely feels like they are not 100% ready for opening in my opinion. Hope they can sort out and improve better soon.

The food seemed unclean and unhygienic when I bought a loaf of sourdough bread and kept it separate, but the coriander inside was rotten and spoiled.
The cucumber is slimy, the spices are not rich, the meat feels slippery when eaten.
The restaurant space is spacious but not clean, not orderly, looks messy.
