OVERVIEW – 4.50
Came here with my wife as we were running some errands in Soda Springs.
LOCATION – 5
This A&W is located along Main Street which is pretty central in Soda Springs so has the potential for lots of traffic.
PRICE – 5
A&W Prices are rather reasonable as you’re getting something typically cheap.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES – 4
I ordered a Sweet Pork Burrito. It was already, but to be honest, I’ve had better at other Taco Time locations. I was extremely disappointed however that their famous A&W Root was out of service, which I bet meant that they were out of syrup.
POINTERS/PERKS – N/A
There probably are pointers and perks, but I’m not sure what they’d be, as I don’t go here or A&W that often.
EMPLOYEES – 4
The employees were friendly and all, but got a weird vibe from them.

I was feeling cautious to visit here after reading the reviews, but I am really glad that we did. I was craving a good hamburger and fries, and they did not disappoint! There was a little bit of a wait, but everything was hot and fresh! The onions lettuce and tomatoes were bright, crispy, and delicious with their white sauce. Burger, cheese, and bacon, hot and delicious! The fries were tasty.

This sad little restaurant needs to be shut down. I don’t think the young employees have been properly taught cooking techniques. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. It was all so poorly prepared it was inedible. Chicken soggy and undercooked. Hamburgers were so small, thin and dry. Ice cream is the only safe item.

We arrived at around 7:30. There were a few other people there waiting for their orders, one or two people showed up around the same time to order. It took over 20 minutes for our food. Nothing was the same price as was advertised or consistent with other things we ordered. One milk shake was $2 one was $4. Same sizes. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. It was burnt, $2 more then the menu shows, didn’t have the same things as the photos and in total wasn’t worth what it was advertised as.

Went to drive up and noticed one helped me.after waiting went inside and no one at the register waited for five minutes and have seen nobody, stepped behind the register and looked back in the kitchen and two people were standing there talking to each other and when I asked if I could get some help they said it will be a while and continued talking to each other. Stopped taking orders 15 minutes before close. Really just lacking any sense of urgency and customer service. Not entirely sure how this place is still in business to be honest.
The little white trash kid working tried kicking us out two minutes before close. The manager calmed us down a little but unless that kid is fired, this place will be out of business in no time.

Not enough staff to take care of the lunch rush. Waited about 10 minutes just to order. Only 2 ladies working and the drive thru was busy. Staff was nice though. Oh, and while eating, the two ladies were MIA while a timer was going off for 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time!

I recently was driving through and visited the A&W in Soda Springs, and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. After placing my order, I witnessed something that was both off-putting and concerning. Two off the clock employees were at a table in the A&W , one of whom was rubbing cortisone cream on the other’s arm (looked to be a allergic reaction or maybe poison oak I am unsure, but it was very offputting and very visible.) What happened next was even more troubling: they both then walked behind the counter into the kitchen neither of them washed their hands before they proceeded to grab food, serve themselves ice cream and soda. Mind you the arm was COMPLETELY exposed in the kitchen where the food was being made.
To make matters worse, when the one girl came out from behind the counter, her behavior became confrontational. The lack of hygiene and professionalism in this establishment
left a bad impression on me. It was absolutely disgusting!! I wha this with my own eyes I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was particularly unsettling. I hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure that future customers have a much better experience.

Took forever to get service! Still ended up going back the next day, waited for 20 minutes and they didn’t even come out to take it order! Ended up leaving to get a hot dog at the ball park. Do not recommend!
