Their Gunpowder Fries are an absolute game-changer! The fresh, hot, and crispy texture paired with their garlicky dipping sauce is pure perfection. You can truly taste the love and creativity in every bite. ❤️
The Akarchic Burger had its highlights too—the crispy edges of the burger bun added a heavenly touch to the overall flavor. However, the heavy salt and sugar overpowered the experience and left my taste buds feeling numb from tasting the flavor. I hope they consider adjusting the seasoning, perhaps it’s the bacon and jam… as the high sodium content also made the meal feel a bit unhealthy.
That said, I genuinely appreciate their effort and creativity, and I’m excited to see how they refine their recipes in the future!

Stopped by here for a quick lunch based on a friend’s recommendation. The food was very good and definitely worth visiting again. I opted for the paneer rice bowl. The gravy was piping hot and flavor rich. Topped with spiced peanuts and hint of cilantro leaves. The quantity did look for the price point however the meal was surprisingly very filling. Overall a great place for a quick lunch by the outdoors.

The Akashic Food Truck is an absolute gem in Olympia! Their burgers are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the curry was incredible, rich and comforting with just the right balance of spice. You can really tell they put a lot of love into their food.
The service was friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe of the truck made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both burgers and curry, but Akashic does it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re anywhere near Olympia!

THEY R TAKING ALL MY MONEY I love them haha they will make your food the way YOU WANT IT and work with your preferences!! great customer service rice bowl (curry chicken green beans red onion peppers kale tomato) was a nice altogether flavor wasn’t too much! INDIAN BURGER ( vada pav ) is my go to love it , the Bombay roll is another one, I recommend to try everything they got!

A friend and I went to Three Magnets after a hike and were told out Akashic for food choices – so happy we stopped by! We both ordered the burrito/wrap and garlic fries and they were so tasty! I would love to order more food from next time I’m in town!

The chicken rice bowl was flavorful and it’s enough to share. The vada pav was delicious. I recently tried the Hakka noodles which was good too. It’s thick noodles in a curry sauce with some veg and your choice of protein. Give them a try.
