Drove here one time to get something to eat on the 4th of July at like 9pm and it was close. I gave it a pass because it was a holiday and it’s understandable. I came here today on a regular Tuesday, no holiday, no pandemic, at 9:20 p.m and they’re closed. Why have wrong store hours outside?!

It’s near my house so I eat here once a week or so. Love how they do the subs. Tuna one is my favorite. They wrap them beautifully. I have order take away and I’ve eaten there as well. Offers are great. The only downside is that they’re not that friendly. I always greet them and smile but they are always with a long face. It’ll be a more pleasant experience if they at least smile back :/ customer service basics!

In empty store two associates standing behind counter, doing nothing and happy about it. On my request to get key from restroom to wash my hands said it’s for costumer. I told them I going to buy, but apparently they don’t want to do any job and prefer to talk to each other. I told them so and they laugh. Lucky owner, I am jealous, he’s making good profit!

There is no concept of customer service. I Ordered a Cali they charged me for it but did not have the main ingredient that makes it a Cali. Their response was that they did not have avocados. After I complained that they were overcharging because they did not have avocado, the frozen avocado showed up. They were putting it in the microwave. I said I wanted my money back they refused. HORRIBLE SERVICE

jun 27,2019. On the time 10’29 PM I I was there. They CLOSE EARLY. And the lady face was like no way not having it like she did not wanted to work. I was so hungry and I had money. And I was there when it was still open and it closes 11:00pm.
