Phenomenal!!!
True southern cooking with great seasoning and flavor. My husband and I both got vegetable plates, our daughter got hamburger steak. Portions were large & we’ve got left overs for tonight!
We were driving through on our way back home from our Atlanta trip and were so glad we gave them a try!
It’s served via buffet line with staff serving your food which we loved! So much variety and it all looked and smelled amazing.
Staff was friendly and spoke the moment we entered the door. Service was quick!
Super clean! I love supporting small businesses like these. They are doing so much right!
We will be back on our next drive through your town!

Picked up the Beef Tips, Cabbage, and Field Peas. Phenomenal. I’ve found the best southern eatery on both sides of the Chattahoochee River. Tips were tender and smokey, Cabbage and Pease were perfection. Customer service was top tier; the owner/cook, Kim, came out to greet me when I arrived. This is Authentic Soul Food. 10 out of 10 Highly Recommend.

Home cooking, large portions, friendly service. Wish their white meat fried chicken was bone in but I liked it once I bit into it, plus it was cooked to order! Turkey wings tasted smoked then smothered, best turkey wings I’ve had. Side dishes are great. Corn bread is the real deal.

Upon traveling back to Georgia I saw this place. I decided to stop and try them out, GLAD I DID! The food is delicious, as if grandma was in the kitchen cooking. The staff was so polite with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!!

When I tell you, the oxtails were so tender, just like my sister Kim said they would be! The lima beans were flavorful and well-seasoned, and the potato salad was amazing. I definitely will be back.

Y’all if you are looking for good SOUL FOOD! Look no further! If I can give a rating of 100/100 I would. My husband and I were traveling through to go back home to Dothan AL. We decided to stop and try this place. The staff was soooo welcoming! The Owner came out to say hello! I order the oxtails that came with rice and two sides( cabbage & mac&cheese) w/corn bread whewww the meat was sooooo tender seasoned perfectly (non spicy which I like). My husband had fried chicken (cooked to order) with cabbage, stuffing & potato salad. I had to taste a corner of the potato salad! I heard nothing from my husband until he was finished eating all of his food. He had no complaints he said the food was great and the fried chicken was seasoned underneath the skin! I can’t make this up. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW FOR ANY RESTAURANT BEFORE. But Southern Sista deserved this review! If you don’t believe me go try it for yourself! Oh yeah …& We made it through the door at 4:58p & the food was fresh!!

I had it for the first time today and it was horrible. I paid 18 dollars for nothing. The okra wasn’t cooked and the Mac and cheese was nasty. Green beans from a can and cold. Fried chicken was pink not fully cooked. The owner need to hire a better cook and not someone who rushes the food. Will not spend money there again.

The food tastes good but I have severe food poisoning I had a few red flags I ignored and I regret it first in foremost they had a child an a another girl behind the counter by the food no hair net the child ruining from the kitchen to the front nothing covering the food they all just standing there having a whole conversation over the food the guy that takes the money also cooks the food no gloves no hair net the only person with a hair net is the old lady who serves the food and her attitude isn’t the best see will never eat here again even though the food was good the service was not an I am still hurting using the bathroom an throwing up
