Overall, the food wasn’t bad. It was flavorful actually. I recently ordered for myself and 3 coworkers. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 1 small fries, and 2 cookies. The order was delivered promptly, and it was correct. I do think there might’ve been a mistake in making the Reuben sandwich, as I requested extra meat, and paid extra for it, but to my surprise, it actually doesn’t look like it. I would’ve expected 1 slice more meat on the sandwich if I ordered a normal sandwich, but paying for double meat, I DEFINITELY would’ve expected more. The container with the fries looks like they didn’t want to make a new batch of fries, so the container was only partially full. $5 for the fries, $13 for the sandwich, $3 for extra meat, total order was $66.78. See photos for receipt and sandwich photos. I’ll order again from here, but I WILL mention on the phone or in-person about the extra meat and to please make a new batch of fresh fries.

I have been going to Parkville for the last 2 years. I have never had anything negative to say about the food service or staff has always been my #1 go to.
That being said – this evening while eating my macaroni salad, I felt something sharp &, hard in my throat,,lodged in an awkward position that began to make me physically choke – to the point my husband (thankfully he was right next to me) had to physically remove this piece of METAL that was caught in my throat.
Between straight up choking, and the physical damage it did to my throat, mouth, this may be something I take civil action against. And will be contacting the owner in regard to.
I am Firm when I say that the staff is an absolute pleasure in the service has always been quality, but I am absolutely beside myself that I had to endure this experience today, especially from the Deli that I held at very high standards.

Lived on long Island all my life (30+ years) and this is by far one of the best delis I’ve been too. Fresh ingredients, good serving size, a wide variety of hot coffee flavors, and a friendly staff. I look forward to coming here again!

Parkville deli sandwiches are wonderful. I’ve tried many different specialty sandwiches they offer and they’re all amazing, but their BECs and BLTs are perfect for me, which is an important quality for delis in my opinion. Both BECs and BLTs here have perfect ratios with their ingredients and are never skimped out. Highly recommend this place if you just want a simple sandwich or if you wanna try any of their wide varieties of hot and cold sandwiches. Also, despite their high volume of orders on the phone and online, I rarely wait long when I order at the counter.

By far the best deli in the area. I have tried numerous delis and none compare to this! I’ve gotten breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches from here and both are very good! I’m very picky with Mac salad and theirs is one of the only ones I will eat! Highly recommend!

I asked for a plain cream cheese bagel, but you didn’t respond to me at all and just turned your back and walked away. I didn’t have time to wait, so I left the restaurant. You could have at least told me to wait a minute. That was not polite.
But what was even worse is that after I left, you called me and acted like I placed an order and ran away, which was unacceptable. I hope you work on improving your communication skills.

I rarely order breakfast out, but I hit the jackpot when ordering French Toast today! In all my travels I can honestly say I’ve never had French Toast this delicious! Not overly sweet, thick challah bread, and a hint of high quality vanilla. My order was ready when I arrived and packed very well. The deli was clean and attractive inside. I will surely return and try other menu items.

This is supposed to be an egg white omelette with spinach bacon and cheese. The size of the omelette is pathetic, the bacon was lying on top of it, and there is no spinach. This is the second time that this has happened. For the money that you pay this is unacceptable. I’ve also been there where the staff was arguing with each other behind the counter.
