I have been there 2x and both occasions, I received Delicious chicken kabobs. They taste better than the lamb Kabobs, which were tasty not not as good as the chicken. The salad and rice was fresh. You get more food if you eat in, than a carryout.

Not recommending resturant this location…..
I had the worst experience at MaMa Joon’s this location. We were there at 11:30pm. I paid almost $30 for lamb chunks and Beef ground But when we came home its was beef chunks and chicken. I didn’t get what I paid for. When I bring the food home taste horrible rice was old and meat was under cooked.
Not recommending this location.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maman Joon Restaurant in Tysons Corner, and I must say, the chicken kebab sandwich was absolutely outstanding! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, paired with fresh, flavorful toppings that complemented it beautifully. The bread was warm and soft, adding the perfect touch to the overall taste. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent service. If you’re in Tysons Corner, I highly recommend stopping by Mama June for a delicious meal—you won’t be disappointed!

This is my fourth time here. The food is excellent and very consistent. What I really like about this place is that I can try Mediterranean food and my kids can have burgers and hotdog and shakes and we are both very happy.
The staff is friendly and professional… And always accommodating. Today I ordered one soup, and they made a mistake: they brought Us two. I insisted to pay, but they would not have any of it… On the house they said. I ended up taking a free one home.
I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is casual so don’t expect fancy, but that goes with with the vibe and what I was looking for.

This place is good. The quality of Chenjeh was particularly very good, if you like meat. The chicken is aslo good. For the Iranian customers: We did try their Halim: it was great! Apparently they don’t serve it every day. But if they happen to have, definitely try it. One think I didn’t note in the pictures is that this McLean location has enough chairs and tables and you can have your food there. There is a parking in the back. BTW, I loved when my order was communicated with the kitchen: “Beerdana, Halim, for here!” Three languages in one sentence :–)

The management and staff were excellent, and the food was prepared very quickly. In my opinion, they serve the best Ghormeh Sabzi and Fesenjan in the DMV area. This location is noticeably better than the other location and truly stands out. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Don’t judge this place by the no-frills, fast food appearance—the food itself is superb. I tried the Persian soup (Ash Reshteh) and hummus, and thought the flavors were impeccable! And the prices are more than reasonable, probably even lower than what they could charge given the quality of the food. High marks for service and cleanliness, as well. My only small complaint was that the pita was not prepared well at all, but maybe we went on a bad bread day.

We came in around 1 AM, and manager went above and beyond to help us with everything. Average at best and not coming back! Came here because I liked food at their Tyson location but this was a different experience all together
+ Food: average. The felafel was not cooked properly inside, and the kebab was ok. Not great or bad. It fell short compared with their Tyson location by a long distance.
+ Price: too high for this quality. At this price I can find better options around. They also charge a “packaging” fee which I’ve never seen before. It’s only $2 for an order this size but it’s not the $ matter of principle. You should tell me before I pay if there is unexplained charges
+ Service: Fast and relatively friendly
+ Vibe: not a huge fan of the two restaurants combined into one. It was confusing. You have a burger joint and an Iranian restaurant in one and from the ordering to dining it all felt weird. You have doogh, milkshake, hot dog, kebab, all you can imagine cooked and served together

Momonjun’s a gem! Orme Sabzi and the kebabs are legit amazing-tender, flavorful, packed with spice. Very good generous portions, never skimpy. The staff are super friendly, make you feel right at home. Quality’s top-notch, fresh ingredients every time. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Persian food. Five stars!
