Pizza Express has completely lost my business. The way they run things is shady at best. Prices seem to change depending on who you are and what mood they’re in, almost like they cherry-pick who gets treated fairly and who doesn’t. I’ve ordered takeout pizza here multiple times, and every single time it feels like I’m being overcharged compared to others.
It’s ridiculous to pay more one week and then see someone else charged less for the same exact order. When I asked about it, I got nothing but attitude and excuses from the staff. No consistency, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for loyal customers.
The food itself is nothing special certainly not worth the inflated, inconsistent prices. Honestly, the shady pricing and poor customer service ruined the whole experience for me.
If you want to be treated fairly and not feel like you’re being singled out or taken advantage of, skip this place. Pizza Express is clearly more interested in picking and choosing who they want to serve than actually running an honest business.

I am skeptical of places I eat. I walked in sat down and enjoyed a great Cheese Pizza. I ordered garlic knots which were garlicky the way they are suppose to be. Now at first when the Zeppolis came out I was dissapointed because of the Chocolate Drizzle. But WOW amazing. So if you are ever in the Mount Arlington area in Jersey. Stop on by and enjoy a great lunch or Excellent Dinner.

As a truck driver , I’m always looking for a place to grab a quick bit. Making a delivery in Lake Hopatcong, I found this place and made the stop. Nice little place. Friendly people. Gave me an old school pizza joint vibe.
I ordered 2 Sicilian and a ziti slice. Got in my truck ,grabbed a slice and all I heard was crunch. The crust on the Sicilian was nice and crunchy on the edges. The ziti slice was very good. Just needed a bit of salt for my tastes.

Please ensure that they take your order, read it back to you and confirm it. We placed a deliver order at 4:59pm. We were told it would take an hour which we were fine with. At 6:21 PM, I called to check on the order and I was told that at some point the order was misplaced and they were going to offer me a free bottle of soda, but we would have to wait for our ordered to be prepared and then delivered. I subsequently canceled said order and ordered from somewhere else. This is not the first time that this has happened to us and we are always willing to give a place a second chance, but please order wisely. .
