This was my go-to chinese takeout for the area. Super fast delivery and really tasty food. I don’t know what has been happening the past few months, but the quality has been changing quite a bit. General tsos got soggier, wonton and dumpling noodles have gotten thick, and the tofu is less firm. Personal opinion – it’s not as good as it used to be… still razor fast and friendly delivery though. Glad that hasn’t changed.
Update – Thanks for the kind response from the owner, however, I gave Ms Lin’s a few more shots since the review above. For my latest order, I got szechuan chicken and shrimp dumplings delivered, and the chicken inside the dumplings was RAW. I called to let them know immediately – they apologized profusely and offered to either send a replacement dumplings for free or give me a credit towards my next order. I chose the second option, but I’m sorry. After something like this, I will never eat here again.

Had moo shu pork with 4 pancakes, shrimp with broccoli, and hot and sour soup. Everything was just ok. Didn’t care for the soup (no flavor), the tea, or the thin noodles (with duck sauce) that are served when you sit down. Plus, staff was unfriendly. Will not return.

Stumbled into this place after a massage near by and were pleasantly surprised at the nice ambience. The food was also great. Be careful ordering anything marked spicy as it is really spicy. I asked for my order to be made mild but it came out as is and was super spicy. If it was made mild, I would have enjoyed it and it would have been a great meal.

Just moved to the area and found this place on Door Dash. Tried it out and fell in love with the food. Been ordering a few more times after that. Yesterday me and my lady went in person and the food, service and atmosphere did not disappoint. Love this place. Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this was a really bad experience. I ordered from Ms lon for the first time and ended up with immediate and severe stomach issues afterward. Within an hour I had major gastrointestinal distress that left me feeling sick for the rest of the evening.
I understand everyone can have an off day, but food safety and quality are non-negotiable, and this meal clearly didn’t sit right. I’ve eaten Chinese food from many places without issue, so this stood out in a bad way.
Based on my experience, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Why is Ms. Lin so GOOD!! It took us awhile trying out so many Chinese restaurants in the area and were beyond happy to discover Ms. Lin. It is the Best! The food taste excellent, fresh, and great flavors. Not oily or drenched in too much sauce. We’ve been getting take out often. Their lunch special is the best deal that comes with a drink. We’ve had the Chicken and Broccoli, General Tso’s, Kung Pao Chicken, and shrimp roll. I love green beans but if you aren’t a green bean fan their Kung Pao isn’t for you or substitute the veggie. It does have a little spice but minimal. It’s also the perfect portion size. Their dinner menu is also great. The portion is really big and always filling. This is by far our favorite Chinese food and so glad we found them. They also do delivery which is wonderful as we live in the neighboring town and they come all the way to our home when we are unable to pick up.

My husband and I recently moved to NJ and were looking for good Chinese food. You can’t go wrong with Ms. Lin! Our food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Prices are very reasonable and we brought our own wine. We will definitely be back!

Just moved to the area and I was in search of some good Chinese. I’ve been going to the same Chinese place for most of my life living in my previous home and I was nervous to try a new place. This place exceeded expectations with the presentation as well as the taste and flavor!! Definitely a 10/10!

I’d had a craving for homey Chinese food and managed to find this restaurant.
I tried their hot & sour soup and also the Mapo tofu (with pork, not their vegetarian variation).
The tofu was good, with fresh scallions and a light almost sweet taste. This is not the Sichuan variation that has peppercorns, this one has a dark sauce with a lighter taste and also features a salty vegetable that I’m unsure of but have had in other versions.
This is worth a visit when looking for non-fast Chinese food.

A nice Chinese restaurant on Main Street Milburn NJ. They have usual Chinese food line up. The space is smaller than it appears from outside. Food is good. Parking can be problematic as they don’t have their own parking. They engage in a lot of take out business as well.
