With what a sandwich cost at Arby’s it should be made properly. This is how much of my sandwich didn’t have meat on it. What an absolute joke. No need to reply to my review im not coming back so dont waste your time. I just want other people to know what they’re getting into.

Im not sure whats going on with the nightshift but its not what it used to be. I used this Arby’s as its one of the last food spots after working all day in Downtown Charleston and I live in the country. My last 3 orders have been really bad. I do have pictures of my food. Burger was literally raw and uneatable, my favorite roast beef gyro, was given the Greek gyro which I don’t like the meat but top it off to sprinkles of lettuce a tomato and barely any sauce. Potato cakes and jalapeño poppers must’ve been made way before the sandwich because they were cold. Which normally are so hot and fresh you can’t even sample driving down the road. There’s was a line in drive thru so doesn’t make sense that everything was not hot and fresh. Roast beef lately has been dried up and not fresh like it used to be. I use mobile ordering but I arrive before my order is ready so Im just disappointed that even after I stand and wait this has been my last 3 experiences. Now that I have posted this review I know not to order on mobile because they know my name as I was a weekly customer but its ok because I wont be stopping anymore. Just disappointed because I have spent alot of my hard earned money here.

Sandwich uncut, modifications was not made and the meat portion and sauerkraut portion is definitely not what I typically get from other Arby’s. Very half-assed food quality. Would not recommend.

I normally have good experiences eating here. Today I got a Greek gyro and on my second bite I pulled a pice of plastic bag out of my mouth. Absolutely should never happen. Disgusting

Went to grab a Greek gyros. I drove home 15 minutes, my food was piping hot and DELICIOUS! The fries were also hot. Great people working there!! They were extremely nice and polite. I’m not sure what others are griping about because I’m giving it 5 stars!!! I love it and will go back again. I guess if people don’t like sitting in the drive-thru they could walk in and see how nice it is inside, instead of complaining.

Went in for late lunch. Ordered the Italian beef, beef and cheddar, Greek gyro, and jalapeno poppers. Received a French dip instead of the Italian… Service was fast. Poppers were crispy and had good flavor (not too spicy). The roast beef was ok, but seemed somewhat dried out. The Greek gyro was mildly spiced with a great pita.

They’ve told so many people to “pull around to the side door” and wait for their food that now the line of people trying to get to the order menu and the line of people who’ve been pulled around to get the food they’ve already ordered is all mixed up. Everyone is angry….but at least their drive through is clear of customers! Lol. Nothing like keeping that drive through free of customers because they are all wrapped around your building waiting to either order or get food they’ve already ordered.

App said our food would be ready for pickup 20 minutes ago and there are at least four or five people in front of us that have been told to “pull up to the side door”. And more behind us. Soon the drive through exit is going to be blocked by people waiting to pick up their orders that have been told to “pull around to the side door”.

Edit: 25 minutes after the app said our food would be ready. Witnessed two near car accidents as cars try to scrape past each other and one person on foot almost get ran over as they dodged between parked cars in the “wait by the side door” section to try to get inside.

30 minutes: judging by how many people get their food and then leave their car to go inside, I’m guessing now many orders have been right so far. Only three cars waiting by the side door now, including us….an improvement?

35 minutes after app said we would have our food: ironically, now the people waiting at through menu board to order is starting to back into the “pull around to the side door” zone. My wife has entered the building figuring she’d need to verify the food is correct anyways. I hope I get to see her again.

40 minutes after app said our food would be ready: I can no longer tell who is waiting for food because they’ve been “pulled around” and who thinks this is the line to order.

45 minutes: wife is back! She was smart to go inside…she had to correct the order twice while in there. I mean….it still isn’t right. We’ve just given up.

So, their ice machine does not work and the guy at the drive thru is telling everyone there drinks will be cold. I asked him how is my drink going to be cold if there’s no ice. He said idk, it just will. Then I got my tea and he tells me it’s not cold, I told him I knew it wasn’t going to be. He tells me look at the bright side, it’s cold outside. I’m like how is that going to help my sweet get cold. Then, their tell me and others behind me to drive around the building to wait for the food. 5 min later still waiting. Service is horrible, and I won’t be back. Point is, don’t bs your customers, we’re not dumb. Just say you’re ice maker is not working. And don’t argue with your customers, we pay your salary by eating here

Went through the drive-thru order the turkey sandwich combo. The sandwich itself was actually pretty good, the fries were extremely cold. For 15 dollars for a combo the food should be hot mainly if you wait 10 minutes to get your food order

Food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Depending on when you go, just remember that on Saturdays between noon and closing, if the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and/or Clemson Tigers are playing football, they’ll be under staffed. I don’t blame them. The restaurant was clean, bathroom (I don’t know about the women’s) was clean. The staff was enjoyable and courteous. It’s a nice place to eat, and the music isn’t that loud.
