I was greeted by Juliana with a smile and my order was taken immediately. The minute I walked in it was a happy atmosphere among the employees. Eliza was working in tandem with Juliana helping with quick, fast and accurate order. Daniel does a great job! The restaurant was spotless and you could eat off the floor. I checked out with Ivan and was greeted with a smile and personality. Employees and such amazing customer service is hard to find these days! Job well done!

First time at this location. Just got the enchilada special for Tuesday. The woman was literally picking up little strands of pork, putting it in the enchilada and I asked her if that’s all you get and she said yes .she put in a pinch of cheese didn’t use anything just her fingers with gloves on, I said you do know this is an enchilada aren’t they supposed to have cheese? I requested more. And then the salsa was not even a full ladle as she put on these What I guess might be Kids enchiladas for a Tuesday special… I don’t know if your food cost is high or what but definitely get more food for the value at chipotle than you do at Costa Vida now. It used to be one of my favorite spots. I’ll just go on to the one on Chinden.. I even met the owner back in the day in Utah did a conference and spoke about knowing the KFC proprietor.

I ordered from there yesterday for the first time after learning everything there is Gluten free except the tortillas! I was super excited and ordered a salad and some queso. A coworker picked it all up and when I opened my salad, it was in a tortilla. I checked the receipt and it said no tortilla, so I called the store. I talked to the nicest lady! Sure I had to drive back over there, but she got the order all fixed up for me and it was delicious – thank you for the amazing customer service

I am extremely disappointed in a couple of the staff members at this Costa Vida location. My son had lost his wallet and was highly confident it was at this store. As he had to go back to work, I visited the location on his behalf to ask if his wallet had been returned. When I asked two of the employees, who were working take-out and the register (at 6:30p), they both said “no, we’ve been working here all evening and no one has turned in a wallet”. My son then returned at 9:30p to check again, same two employees told him no, again. But, another employee overheard the conversation and said he would check the lost-and-found…low and behold, someone had turned in the wallet that had been dropped at the register. So, the same two employees who had been there all evening didn’t see it?! This was awful service…not upholding the standards or Core Values that Costa Vida promotes.

The Costa Vida in Bluffdale is so nice! It has easy access on and off of Bangerter highway, the employees are conscientious about timely service and friendly, and the food is always good. I adore Costa Vida so I attempt to go there at least once a week.

Been here a few times now…only thing positive say is they are consistent! Very rude, skimpy on servings, up charge for things other locations offered for free (other locations offer extra scoop of beans when I asked for no rice in a kids meal), errors with the order AND today we got no drink plus a HAIR!

Went through the drive through, guy was not pleasant. I asked for a sweet pork burrito with only pork, no rice and no beans and no sauce. What I got was a ton of rice and beans and maybe 2 small strips of pork. He also handed me both of my bags of food at once which made it a challange to bring into the car.
