11/20/2025 11:05 am Came in to order the lobby was completely empty except for One person that was sitting down eating. I placed my order a number one medium, which is a roast beef and cheddar. Somehow she rung me up for a plain roast beef that not only is 1000% wrong the sandwich, the bread, the rapper, and the meat itself was ice cold When I attempted to call to complain, they would not answer the phone when I left there was still only one person in the lobby, so there’s no rush or reason for them not to answer the phone also, I a truck driver, so it’s not like I can just go back to the store. It will be days before I return worse service I have ever experienced at Arby’s. I clearly ordered the number one how do you get that wrong, it would be understandable if there was a drive-through line or a service line and they were busy out of their mind. There were no customers. After calling repetitively to speak with the manager, whom I think was the person that rung me up somehow the phone was taken off-line.

Nice Arby’s, very clean. They’ve got their health inspection rating posted and they should absolutely be proud of it because they got a 99.5!
I hope that Arby’s keeps their turkey sandwiches for quite a bit longer, because the gobbler is really good.

Quick stop at this pilot. Staff was very friendly. My chicken was really good and crispy. My husband was thrilled they had 3 pepper sauce, I guess others don’t so he was a happy camper!!

We came in with a pretty big order at 11pm and they were super sweet! They had such a good attitude from the time we placed our order until the time we left. Our food was fresh and warm too, the two guys working were in a good mood especially for a Saturday night at 11pm. And the inside was decorated for Christmas too with really cute decorations, this location is definitely a good one!

This Arby’s is the cleanest Arby’s I have ever been in. And the food seems to be a better quality, at least better than any Arby’s in the Raleigh, NC area. Worth the stop if you like Arby’s.
