We placed our order and it said it would be ready for pick up at 3:50 and it wasn’t actually done until 4:30. We finally got our food and the fries tastes a bit stale. They were also supposed to be seasoned and only a couple of fries had the seasoning on it. The wings were alright, they weren’t very seasoned either. BUT one of the wings literally still had the feathers on it honestly it would be way more worth it to drive to Idaho falls and go to the Buffalo Wild Wings there. This was so disappointing

i’m very disappointed. you can’t bring a good business like this to rexburg idaho where it can get such good business but you hire horrible, slow people. took over an hour to get my food, was cold and small portion size for the fries. i would never go to this place again. actually unbelievable.

I wouldn’t go back to this place if it was the last wings place on earth! Ordered wings and fries pickup time was 7:30 ordered at 6:40. Fries were done at 6:40 and sat in a sack the whole time, cold and stale when opened and it was a smaller order than a happy meal fry at McDonald’s. Sauce was “on the side” so no sauce on the wings and the itty bitty cup of sauce they gave us coated 2 wings!!!! I got pics to prove it! The wings were warm and were ok. I am def not going back. I wished I could get that $2 tip back! Don’t waste your money!

We have eaten at the main Buffalo Wild Wings in Idaho Falls most of the time. We enjoy BWW and have eaten at it many times. However, this “Go” facility in Rexburg was disappointing.
We ordered nearly $100 worth of food and by the time we got home, we realized that so many of the boneless wings we got had almost no sauce on them. For as much money as we spent, putting sauce on the wings to make sure they were all well covered shouldn’t be too much to ask.
So, if you order wings from here, please be sure to check everything before you go. Was very disappointing for a birthday party we were having for our son and to come away with the food we paid so much for.

Great service and food! Got exactly what I ordered. Given the amount of cars I saw in the parking lot I was kinda surprised my order was ready when I got there.
Looks like a great option for when I have more mouths to feed then effort to cook for.

Donna needs a raise or promotion ASAP. She is AMAZING. We ordered from her and people watched for about 15 minutes and she was absolutely amazing with everyone we saw. They don’t have your favorite sauce? This one tastes just like it. Want a burger we don’t have? Tell me what’s on it, I’ll help you order it. Amazing. Beautiful. A smile that could light a room. Needs a raise, a key to the city, a statue in her honor. We love Donna.
Oh and the food was delicious.
