I was in here on February 26th 2025 at 10PM. Staff was great and friendly. The food is very good. I got the sweet tea as a drink and it was pretty good. The canes sauce is so good. I wish I knew how to make it. The chicken is always nice and hot. The fries are excellent. The coleslaw and bread are great. I recommend this place to everyone. Also very clean restaraunt.

Came up to get a four wheeler from Grand Island stopped at Cane‘s nothing like Grand Island‘s fries were soggy. Chicken was soggy. First round of chicken. They gave me was cold asked for more chicken still soggy never had experience at Cairns like this before. Hate to say it, but would not recommend.

Good chicken and Texas toast in Norfolk, NE. Great for quick bite. The restrooms are clean and large. Very wheelchair accessible. The double door entrance would be a challenge for wheelchair users but the restaurant itself is fairly easy to navigate.

Sometimes the chicken fingers are really crispy and other times more soggy. When they are good they are great! Just wish it was always consistent. Staff is always friendly!

Chicken is usually really good but this time I asked for a box combo no slaw extra sauce, first they gave me ice in my drink when I asked for no ice next I asked for extra crispy chicken and when I opened the box it was the most soggiest chicken I have ever tasted the chickens outer layer was not even cooked all the way very upsetting.

We go out of our way every time going home to make sure we stop at this specific Cane’s. Last time we were there, they were installing the helmets. The managers were friendly and engaging. One of the employees even came around seeing if we needed any extra sauces. We have never experienced that ever in any fast food restaurant. On top of everything, our food was out in about 5 minutes!
