Our pan pizza was raw on the bottom, I mean raw. I’ll post a photo. My app never updated that my order was ready. I say in the store for probably 20 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready. Should have stick with a pizzeria or at least Little Caesars. You can’t see the time on my phone, but it was around 8:00.

The food is always amazing. The service is good 95% of the time, but in the weekends and holidays the service is much slower due to the rush of customers. The only time this store is tough to endure is when they have a new person on the computer as a cashier.
We always eat the meat lovers pizza cuz it is so good, but this last time we also tried the “papadia” and it was so good. We will have to try that again soon.

Great service a young man had been off the clock for a while but he took care of us I ask why are you still here off the clock . He stated he likes his job. Great service , Great price for two pizzas and great pizza . We will be back .

I called to check if the pizza I ordered would be ready on time because it was Halloween and I thought they might be backed up. (It ended up being an hour late) They put me on hold and after a couple minutes it hung up on me. When I called back and said I was the same person and I got hung up on, he denied it, and when I said I was actually hung up on he laughed and hung up again. At no point did I yell and until I got hung up on the 2nd time on purpose I wasn’t even upset. Busy or not that’s a crazy way to treat a calm customer, I’ll just go to Dominos down the street from now on.

Ordered ahead by over an hour, arrived to nothing being ready. 2 out of 4 employees not wearing masks. Lobby does not require social distancing. Entry says maximum of 2 customers and that masks are required. Customers are to retrieve their own 2 liters with no one sanitizing or cleaning up after them. This would be 1 star but the cashier was extremely apologetic.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. Delivery driver was unbelievably rude, blatantly lying about company policies and refusing to follow delivery instructions. Ended up leaving my severely undercooked food on the ground.

Pepperoni pizza and garlic knots were WONDERFUL, not to mention my fiance was in and out in less than 2 min if that, and proceeded to tell me that Mike, the one who served him, did everything so well and he was also going to leave a review. Adding the perfect garlic knots in a photo, I ate a bunch. Haha.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 10 o’clock.
Got a text message at ten fifteen saying that now Doordasha will be bringing my order and it would be here at 11:30.
Then at 1045 I get a call from someone working at the store saying that they could not get a driver so he would bring me my pizza after they closed the shop. AND then I get a call at 1105 saying they don’t have a driver and they were canceling my order when I told them that someone had just called me and told me that they were going to bring me the pizza after the store closed and he said that wasn’t true. Why do you take the delivery orders if you know your short staffed. This is the 3rd time in 3 months that theyve taken my order and then i find out over an hour later that the order is cancelled. STOP TAKING ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IF YOU ARENT GONNA DELIVER THE FN PIZZAS. I won’t order papa John’s EVER again.
