I live by the Subway located at Needmore and Old Troy Pike.
This location was always great. My husband and I visited there several times a week. GREAT sandwiches, Staff was always friendly!!
NOW… I dont go there. You’ve put people that can’t even speak English enough to place an order. Last time I was there I couldn’t understand anything the guy was saying so I just picked up my purse and left… it’s very aggravating they don’t smile and they’re not friendly at all

Wow the store looks great since it has been remodeled. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gwen and Justin last night. I tried the deal of the day which happened to be for the Philly , it was perfection. My lady and I were very pleased with the portions. The sandwich, chips, and drink were delicious. My grandma always brags on this location and I see why now. I will return soon.

After the owner change, this place just went full spiraling downhill. Stink so bad and their service is horrible. They are penny pickers they don’t put enough condiments on the subway, nor did they put enough tomatoes. They always want to be extremely cheap. I don’t know what kind of owner owns this place. I cannot stand people like this because the previously it was amazing I used to go here every day. Would not recommend at all. The place is extremely nasty and no professionalism at all.

I got to say, and really don’t get to say often. This is the BEST Subway hands down I ever step foot in. It’s super clean. The crew is super nice. Well groomed. And the music was perfect. Who don’t like the song “Africa” by Toto? Thanks for a great lunch!!

So I had made an online order about 8:30pm for pick up. Ended up running out of cold cut meat. So we had to cancel the order. Unfortunately the girl was newer and didn’t understand how to cancel it so we were charging for the order. I contacted the Manager Jason a few days later & he took care of our order! Jason was very sweet, professional, and genuinely cared! It was nice to see there are still great people out there who want to keep their customers happy !
