My co-workers and I frequent Max Bialystock. The staff is friendly and unlike some other places in town they accept call ahead orders (you can order online as well). The bagels are hand rolled daily and are in my opinion the best bagels in the area. Whenever I bring their bagels to work I am constantly being questioned on where they are from. What’s great about stopping at Max is that I can pick up my breakfast and order my lunch from them as they have a fabulous variety of wraps, salads, and sandwiches from healthy to hearty. Their portion size is perfect and a great value! Can’t wait to pick up a Cali wrap for breakfast tomorrow or maybe a Jammin’ Egg Sandy… can’t decide! Thanks Max for continually holding up as the best bagel establishment around! I have been going to Max since 2009 and the quality has only gotten better each year! They have fabulous platters for school/staff/family events. The platters are always beautifully done and plenty of food!

The bagels are so large and amazing!! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was delicious! The bacon was cooked perfectly, a slight crunch but not burnt. And the sandwich was the perfect amount of cheesy! They also had a large assortment of different cream cheeses in case a breakfast sandwich isn’t your thing. They also seemed to have a good amount of burger combos for later in the day. Would definitely suggest checking this place out, especially for breakfast!

Fast and friendly service, and delicious bagels, large portions. Really has an old-school Long Island bagel deli vibe. I ordered two bagel sandwiches, and the staff labeled on the outside wrappers which sandwich was which. It’s the little touches like that that elevate a dining experience.

The wonderful smell of bagels brought me in. The service was outstanding and the counter person was very patient with me picking out different side dishes. All in all I was very pleased and I will most definitely go back again!

There are about two tables at the window. A majority of the space is the line and the fridges. I got a ceasar wrap and a bagel with hot Cheeto cream cheese. The wrap was a bit of a mess. There isn’t a tight grip and it wasn’t sliced all the way. The main problem with it is its tightness since one bite would leave it to flap down. The bagel was surprisingly good. It’s not as bad as you’d think but I believe it’s because they didn’t add much. It varies in the pink hex so it’s mainly cream cheese. I received an everything bagel and I recommend getting a bagel. It seems fresh out of the oven and overall delicious.

Their food is good, service is poor. Multiple times I have been charged incorrectly. Unfortunately I will not be returning after I clearly pointed out prices on menu and they were charging me much differently and they were arguing with me about it. Such a shame because the food is good.
