I ordered a pizza, and only after paying did I find out they don’t even cook it! Great, just great I wanted a meal, but instead, I got a raw pizza.
When I asked the staff why they couldn’t make it, she just stared with no emotion — like it was totally normal.
I paid $20 for this “pizza”! What’s the point of this restaurant anyway?
Where am I supposed to cook it — on my Tesla while it’s charging in the parking lot?
I’ll never order here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
It would be great if the staff mentioned that pizzas are take-and-bake before charging customers for raw dough

I just wanted to share after many times ofcoming to this location. The same lady has taken my order. I don’t do reviews often but feel as though they need to know how incredibly rude and unpleasant the woman who has taken my orders, I thought the first couple of times she was just having a bad day. But it has continued to happen. She barely talks to you and doesn’t say thank you or your welcome when you thank her. I worked in customer service for years and believe treating people warmly/kindly is so important. Her name is Karen I believe, that’s what it said on my receipt. Please have a word with her and her customer service skills.

2nd update, after over 2 months of calling, and multiple in person visits to this location I finally got to speak with the so called manager Diane today. She says managers arent able to process refunds. She was rude and cut me off when I was explaining to her that Ive stopped by several times trying to speak with someone about getting a refund.
Update, it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t recieved a refund. I brought the pizza back to papa Murphys, spoke with the young ladies who were working, left my phone number,, one of the receipts, and was assured my order would be refunded as soon as the manager comes in on Tuesday. Never happened, never even was contacted by the store manager. Take away another star.
2 years ago I swore I would never order from this Papa Murphys again… Today I decided to give them another opportunity to earn my business even though my wife warned me not to.. That was a mistake. Ordered online, 1 large 2 topping pizza, 1 large pepperoni. They got the pepperoni right, but put garlic sauce instead of the red sauce I ordered on my second pizza. Really, there’s only 5 ingredients total that go into making a 2 topping pizza, dough, pizza sauce, cheese and my 2 chosen toppings but every time I’ve ordered from this location they make it wrong. Don’t waste your money ordering from this place.

This Papa Murphys is in Grass Valley ( in the same shopping center as Big 5 and Target). Its super clean inside! Love that they always have specials!
Use the app to save money. They also have premade food ( see photo) and sodas. Quick and convenient! I like to order these during game time and add my own stuff before cooking!

My wife ordered a pizza at 7pm this Sunday. went to pickup at 7:40 and this location decided to close 20- 30 minutes early!!!! but they still took our money on the online order. Even said the order was completed on the website. So now we have no pizza, they took our money, and no one at this store is answering the phone (called before posted closing time of 8pm). its a chain so no one at papa murphys can help you either. DO NOT order pizza here!!!!! Go to the other location in nevada city.
