I recently placed an online order through DoorDash from the River Falls Jimmy John’s. When I opened the sealed bag, I realized part of my order was missing. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do.
What disappointed me most wasn’t the missing item, it was how quickly the concern was dismissed. I wasn’t looking to argue, just hoping the team would take note and help ensure a little extra attention is given to orders in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
I hope the River Falls location can improve how these situations are handled. Do better.

Sat and waited for online order to come out. 4 ppl on their phones not working while 1 kid cleaned the machine. Then food was ready while time just not put at the pick up area. Sandwich was wrong topping or lack there of.

Went here today 721/21) since I was in town. I ordered my sandwich right off the app. Never been here before at this location. Paid for it and was all set to go. There wasn’t anyone inside eating, but they had plenty of orders they were working on for drive thru. Very clean inside. People inside were all very kind and professional. I got the meal. So for about 10.50 I got a huge sub made exactly the way I wanted it, a soda. and that huge big cookie. Now I am in a food coma! JJ IS THE SUPERIOR CHOICE. I gave up on Subway long ago. Gave up on many other so-called-sub places.The inconsistencies and they are not less expensive. It is around just 10.75 for a Spicy Italian without a meal(at Subway).
Long gone are the $5 subs all day. And I have to say JJ tastes like they have real meat. Unlike Subway and their fake crab meat or fake jello’d icky meats that taste like the meats came right out of an Oscar Myer cheap lunch meat package.
JJ is just better. The Best ever! And I don’t just give 5 stars. If u ask for extra lettuce and no mayo, and ask for extra say… onion. U will get it. U don’t need to stand and watch some person put a few flakes of lettuce on your sandwich thinking that they out extra on it. Or have someone use a knife all full of mayo and cut that sub and half and putting God knows what I’m the ends of your sub? Lol!
Do yourself a favor and check this JJ out.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a sandwich for delivery, tracker said it was all yours, I never received it so I called back and the person answered and then was like hello? Hello? As I was talking and hung up, so I called back they answered and he said I was your delivery driver and I left it on the front counter after I told him the address. He said it was in the instructions which I never said to do that. I never left the front counter and I searched all over the shop never found my sandwich. $16 very poorly spent and will never order here again.

today i ordered online during daytime again and order was wrong again. seems like the same guy every time
also they get your sub soaking wet with the dressings and oil. not a fan of that.
edit: got my order wrong again. it seems like daytime always makes mistakes.

well, there’s our ham wrapped in lettuce . It’s quite disappointing to verify that it’s to be wrapped in lettuce with no bread, and come home to a sandwich with no lettuce anywhere.The other 2 sandwiches were great.

This location is hit or miss. I have had great experiences but I’ve also had some not so great experiences. When I choose Jimmy John’s it’s usually because they are supposed to be quick and they deliver. However there’s many times they haven’t lived up to the “Freaky fast” slogan.
A few weeks ago I spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru and there was 1 car in front of me and only 1 customer in the the store with multiple employees inside.
Today was even worse… I placed an order at 9:30am and scheduled it to be delivered at the beginning of my lunch break. 40 min after my sandwich was supposed to be delivered, the tracker still said it had not gone out for delivery yet… At this point there’s no way I will be able to eat so I called to cancel. The guy I spoke to wanted me to call back in 2 hours because they were supposedly too busy to cancel my order… After explaining I would be working then and wouldn’t be able to call again, the guy finally said he would write my info down and do it later.
This type of service is unreliable and will make me think twice the next time I think about ordering from Jimmy John’s in River Falls.

I ordered for a group of basketball girls on 11-5-22. I placed the order slightly before they opened online to assure it would be delivered accordingly to our schedule. We were very very close by(5 minutes). I witnessed at least one delivery from there come and go and had to call 3x to ask about ours. I had 15 hungry girls wanting to eat…….I finally called and asked to speak to a manager, I was promised a call back Monday 11-7. Never got a call back and no follow up. Highly disappointed and will never utilize their services again.
