Been here a few times now as my kids love coming. This is an amazing shop filled with authentic treats. The handmade ice cream bars are simply amazing. Everything about this place is great, the girls working behind the counter treated us so well even though we didn’t speak Spanish. She was so so sweet and explained everything to us with such a professional and kind manner. We love this place.

The tostinachos were great, but I really went for the elote in a cup. It did not disappoint. I also got a strawberry granola cup, it was awesome. I really recommend this place.

I am so glad our family tried Paleteria La Michoacana. It’s a unique experience in Longmont, and the staff is friendly and generous with the ice cream. My daughter and I shared a banana split, which we loved. They have a very wide variety of flavors, but we went with the traditional vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I liked that the ice cream is not overly sweet, and it’s all made on-site. They also offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks and pre-made ice cream bars. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

My family loved this place. The Fresca con crema was so good and she put granola all throughout the cup which made it perfect! Our kids loved their ice cream. Such a nice place to visit and enjoy some great treats.

This place is woefully understaffed for the volume of business that they do. I went in during a Sunday after lunch and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order. There was one person working behind the counter. Decent ice cream though.

The ice cream itself was good. The service was not. We were left waiting for over 30 minutes while the staff served every other customer that came in quick as you please. I can only assume it is because we are not a Spanish speaking family. We won’t be back, but that’s probably what they wanted.
