Overall, a very good experience but quite pricey. The bahn mi came out with a very hot crispy bun and meat fresh off the grill. Some of the meat was slightly burnt but not every piece. It was missing the pate and some jalapeno in the flavor profile. At $9 for one sandwich it is a little overpriced especially considering it does not come with all the typical ingredients.

The Vietnamese iced coffee is ok, not the best I’ve had but not the worst. At $6.50 it is on the higher price side.

The combination pho has excellent broth and a ton of meat.

My wife ordered a noodle dish that included crispy fried onions, and the onions were soft and soggy. Otherwise a delicious dish with a tasty fish sauce dressing.

We paid $60+ for one drink, one app, and two entrees including tax and tip. One of the most expensive Vietnamese restaurants we’ve eaten at outside of major metropolitan areas. The flavors are great but a few minor missteps and high prices contribute to a 4 star review.

Nothing “Big” About Big Mama

Portion size for the large pho ($16) is pitifully small. It looks more like a medium. Extra noodles is 2.50 and also very small portion.

Broth taste fine. Wayyy too overpriced for what it is. Mediocre but could be great.

Just toss a few more noodles in the bowl gosh darnit!

My first time enjoying Pho. I added the steaks/red meat to my bowl. I especially love the veggies. I’m not a vegetarian but I could also enjoy this meal with no meat. The flavors just explode in your mouth and make love to your tongue. It all was very DELICIOUS & tantalizing. I couldn’t get enough. The service was also great.

Best pho in town. Always happy to eat there broth is flavorful and rolls are delicious. They also have bobba teas and limeade. They have a lot more on their menu but I can’t help but get their steak and shrimp pho, it’s just that good.

Stopped by tonight for dinner. Assigned a dirty table. I had to clean it up by myself. Both servers, especially the boy, were not friendly. I bet these employees would do better if the owner was here. I have been here for years. The owner and her family are very friendly. The noodles and boba tea were very good.

The restaurant is spacious, clean, and serves very delicious Vietnamese food. However, the staff seemed a bit rushed when bringing the bill. Overall, a very good dining experience.

Overall experience was pretty good. Pho broth is a bit on the sweet side. Place is very spacious and clean all around. Staff seems friendly enough.

Update: It’s been about 2 years since my last visit. This time, pho was great. Wasn’t overly sweet, just right. However, I wish servers were a bit more attentive. It’s been a long time since I worked as a server, but I’d at least ask how everything is a few minutes after food comes out. The asian lady with a nose piercing at the bar counter, if you are seeing this review, I dont know if you are the owner or the daughter of someone who actually owns the restaurant, if you’re going to be on your phone the entire time, you’re not setting a good example for your staffs. If you’re going to do that, it’s probably best for everyone for you to stay in the back instead.

One of my favorite restaurants in Columbus! Everything I’ve tried here is amazing- love the Pho of course, recently tried the Lemongrass Beef which is a new favorite! All of the staff are very friendly whenever I go in too.
