I’m not one to bad mouth no one but I was a little disappointed. It took 30 minutes to get my order (I understand being short staffed or busy but that’s a bit ridiculous and I don’t only live a few minutes away ) my cookie brownies were a bit burnt , and my boneless buffalo chicken bites had hardly any sauce . My pizza was just sort of warm on arrival .

So after the last delivery fiasco I left a not so good review. I can happily say they have more than made up for the situation and apologized. I will continue to order from this dominos in the future. The quality of the food is wonderful and their customers obviously come first.

I ordered a delivery hand tossed half pineapple half pepperoni, i called asking how long they thought and she got on the phone with an attitude, so i ask if its okay for me to come and get it. Which she says is perfectly fine. Once i get there they say the pizza is already out for delivery so i ask if i could have a discount since i already went the whole way there. She says shes going to remake it and for me to wait. Once i get my new pizza its completely wrong! Its a stuffed crust with no toppings at all! The service is usually great but not today!

Dominoes in south Wheeling has excellent pizza! Somewhat good prices. I always use their app. Recently, I waited 30 minutes for my pizza to be delivered to my vehicle in their parkinh lot (as usual) to no avail. Walked in to see what was taking so long and the male and female emloyees both said they forgot to bring it to me. Got out to my truck snd the pizza was barely warm. They brought out someone else’s pizza, why couldn’t they bring out mine? Serving cold food is very unhealthy. Laziness, on the other hand is a civil suit waiting to happen.

I ordered a pizza without onions due to my recent discovery of being allergic to onions. I got my pizza and got home, and realized it had onions on it. I called the store and they refunded me no problem, explained the refund policy, and let me know that if I told them it was an allergy, they would actually use completely different utensils to prepare my pizza. The staff was super helpful, kind, and didn’t make me feel bad about my mistake of not clarifying my allergy. Thanks, everyone. Much appreciated.

I always get delivery, and Lonnie is usually the guy, and he is great and always nice and delivering with a smile!! And everytime my food is hot and delicious like it just came out of the oven. 10/10 every time

I cannot describe how atrocious this encounter was. I actually feel bad for the employees working here. They were depressed and I could see the disparity in their eyes. They had no interest in helping or working or even cooking for that matter. The pizza was absolutely gross. Didn’t even look like it was made that day. LAVA CAKES but other than those delicacies I would highly advise staying as far away as possible. DO NOT CALL IN YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

My fiance and I ordered on the app, went to get our order, and the lady had two kids with her. One was sitting on the counter eating pasta with their shoes on the counter, along with the other kid did respectively did open the door for us but also was playing in the pop cooler. The lady didn’t hand us our order, and we had to reach over the kids’ book bag to get our order. Definitely 100% unprofessional
