I ordered the shrimp, I got home and saw they gave me the Rangoons instead so I called to see what they would do to fix it, they said they would do a refund and replacement, so I drive back, have to wait in the line for 15 minutes and then the manager bryan tells me it’s either a refund or a replacement so he made me waste gas and time for no reason. Very sassy and rude manager, the employees were nice though

Nice little place. Better suited for takeout than dining in, as the dining room is small and casual. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly and quicker than I expected. All in all an excellent experience!

Food is good. Wait time depends on what time you go. Went by 11 and it was quick. After 12 the wait was more. Overall it was good. I liked the amount of sauces given.

So again for the 2nd time. Order says ready at 427pm. I show up 430pm, order is not ready says its on the way. Weird since I placed order at 410 but ok. Waited until 449pm and. 2nd time this happened. All I was told its coming out next. Obviously it never came out and I left.
Don’t waste your time at this location. It’s ran like shit. They arent even staffed to capacity. Had one worker taking orders and bagging them up. Place is a joke surprised it has high reviews. I’m not the only person I know personally who has had issues here.

Ordered two chicken breast teriyaki plates. In both the chicken was rubbery. Couldn’t even eat it. It looked cooked all the way but it the texture didn’t even feel like chicken.

Customer service quality is bare minimum. Communication skills for order taker is low. And who puts a holiday hours notice covering the menu? You couldn’t find a location that doesn’t block the menu? Then when I ask about it the employee is rude?? Get it together.

I’ve been here twice via drive thru and mobile pickup and both times were horrible. Once I got to pay at the window, the worker there already had an attitude going on and got mad when I said that the orders we had placed were separate and not together. The second time was when I came inside for a mobile pickup and who I believe was a manager or a shift supervisor was giving me attitude and telling me to show her the confirmation number when I had shown the worker that helped me. She seemed to have a horrible attitude to as the worker that had helped me seemed scared by her. The food both times came out decent, but the service here is horrible. Would never come here again.
