Please ignore any old reviews that posted before June 2023. This is a fully renovated lounge opened in mid-’23, no longer accepting Priority Pass. Only for passengers in First, Business, and/or with Skyteam Plus status.
Located conveniently on the ground floor of International Terminal A, right after the security control (turn towards the left hand side). Wheelchair accessible through a ramp.
Stylish, beautiful lounge design with bright interior, seatings for up to 117 guests. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Various seating areas. Large main area with extensive, excellent food offerings (on a wide buffet). Delicious dishes from appetizers, mains, cheese and desserts. Yummy!!! Separate bar towards the rear where you can order great drinks. Upscale choices, good variety, top quality. Toilets and showers at the very rear, very clean and well maintained.
Perfect place to get into the travel mood before departure, one of the best lounges at SFO, highly recommended!

Beautiful quiet lounge w lots seating – very clean well maintained by staff. Buffet service lunch mains are croque monsieur or salmon w grilled veggies. Variety salads & desserts available w drinks. Only negative comment is water in bathroom sinks are motion sensored and only stay on for two (2) seconds. So it takes quite long time to wash hands.

Don’t trust any of the older reviews. A beautiful lounge with excellent alcohol and food offerings. Beef bourguignon, overcooked salmon, tasty salads and desserts. And a nice view overlooking the planes. Highly recommend!

The Air France lounge in San Francisco is probably one of the best Airline lounges that I have been too and that including the famous Centurion lounges by American Express platform and centurion card. The choices of food and presentation are excellent. The food Arte all French like Croque Monsieur, beef bourguignon , French pea soup and choices of wines and Champagne and the dessert choices,, the fruits are of choice quality. I was here once before but did not impress me the last time. Best of all it is delightful that it is not crowded at all. I have a lot of time to enjoy this lounge before my flight.

First time use this lounge by flying EVA airline! It is much better than the United Airlines’s lounge in the B console!

Very bright and clean and comfortable! Food item served here also much better than the United Airlines’s lounge! They even serve congee here. That’s just incredible!

Only let down is the staffing here. Not cleaning the table frequently enough but they do keep the floor clean for sure!

I just hope EVA continues to use this lounge and they don’t close early like United at 10:30 but till 12:30 AM.

September 2023. This is a newly refurbished Air France lounge which welcomes AF and KLM passengers. The atmosphere and furniture are great, fresh, modern. Lots of seating but for AF and KLM flights it fills up quickly. Food selection is amazing and tasted yummy! Drinks, like Piper-Heidsieck champagne and cocktails at the bar are topnotch! Charging points even have USB C! I also liked the shower with amenities. Please disregard older reviews as the lounge has been updated since. Also, Priority Pass passangers might no longer have access to this lounge, but I was at Virgin Atlantic lounge on the 3rd floor and there I saw PP logo at check-in, so try them.

Renovated Air France-KLM business lounge is among the best in class. It’s good as Emirates business lounge, but without the crowd! It’s pure class as you’d expect from the French!

I’m flying Qantas QF74 to Sydney, and business class passengers get to use this modest sized lounge. It appears to be contracted to a Chinese company as its employees are all Chinese. Although not French, their service is impeccable.

The food is excellent and the ambience perfect. Varied places to sit, and I came early to take some overview videos without any passengers present.

I’m glad that I ended up here, by pure chance, as other hubs in the US offer Qantas lounges which are no where near as good. This is a blessing in disguise, as you just can’t expect anything like this from Qantas, so this is great value for Qantas passengers! Although SFO and other US airports are really painful to get through security, coming early to experience this lounge is something I’ll be doing again in the future if I go through SFO!

I always take a shower at these lounges to get the full experience and the showers here are well equipped and well maintained, cleaned after each use. I was assigned to a unit with wheel chair access and a baby change table. I can’t remember seeing this in Qantas lounge showers {as far as I can recall).

OK, this goes in my top five favourite lounges. I highly recommend!

In my opinion, this lounge is great!!!

I arrived at the lounge 8am and there was no problem with staff or entering the lounge. (I am priority pass holder)

Food is awesome. I LOVE salad, greek yogurt, fruits and sandwiches!

I will choose this lounge again if I have a flight from SFO. (compare to British Airways lounge)

They’re rennovating now and the temporary lounge is up the escalator and immediately above where the old lounge was. The temp lounge is fine and just as clean as the original.

It’s a fine lounge, they keep it clean and during typical hours you’ll have some warm food available. Wifi is good but it isn’t a huge lounge. I’m still happy to relax and wait here prior to any trip out of SFO.
