Reviews
Located conveniently on the ground floor of International Terminal A, right after the security control (turn towards the left hand side). Wheelchair accessible through a ramp.
Stylish, beautiful lounge design with bright interior, seatings for up to 117 guests. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Various seating areas. Large main area with extensive, excellent food offerings (on a wide buffet). Delicious dishes from appetizers, mains, cheese and desserts. Yummy!!! Separate bar towards the rear where you can order great drinks. Upscale choices, good variety, top quality. Toilets and showers at the very rear, very clean and well maintained.
Perfect place to get into the travel mood before departure, one of the best lounges at SFO, highly recommended!
Very bright and clean and comfortable! Food item served here also much better than the United Airlines’s lounge! They even serve congee here. That’s just incredible!
Only let down is the staffing here. Not cleaning the table frequently enough but they do keep the floor clean for sure!
I just hope EVA continues to use this lounge and they don’t close early like United at 10:30 but till 12:30 AM.
I’m flying Qantas QF74 to Sydney, and business class passengers get to use this modest sized lounge. It appears to be contracted to a Chinese company as its employees are all Chinese. Although not French, their service is impeccable.
The food is excellent and the ambience perfect. Varied places to sit, and I came early to take some overview videos without any passengers present.
I’m glad that I ended up here, by pure chance, as other hubs in the US offer Qantas lounges which are no where near as good. This is a blessing in disguise, as you just can’t expect anything like this from Qantas, so this is great value for Qantas passengers! Although SFO and other US airports are really painful to get through security, coming early to experience this lounge is something I’ll be doing again in the future if I go through SFO!
I always take a shower at these lounges to get the full experience and the showers here are well equipped and well maintained, cleaned after each use. I was assigned to a unit with wheel chair access and a baby change table. I can’t remember seeing this in Qantas lounge showers {as far as I can recall).
OK, this goes in my top five favourite lounges. I highly recommend!
I arrived at the lounge 8am and there was no problem with staff or entering the lounge. (I am priority pass holder)
Food is awesome. I LOVE salad, greek yogurt, fruits and sandwiches!
I will choose this lounge again if I have a flight from SFO. (compare to British Airways lounge)
It’s a fine lounge, they keep it clean and during typical hours you’ll have some warm food available. Wifi is good but it isn’t a huge lounge. I’m still happy to relax and wait here prior to any trip out of SFO.
