If I could give zero stars to leave this review I would. I have been a customer of Papa Johns for decades, but that ends tonight. Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks on the app, waited 47 minutes then called the store to see when I might get my dinner. Was put on hold by an employee, and then told it would be another 40 minutes because the dasher was on the way back. And we all know door dash delivery times are more of a guess than an actual delivery time. So I asked to have my order cancelled and refunded. Then was told “have a good night” and then hung up on. Called back and was immediately greeted by the least friendly voice I’ve ever heard, only to find it was from the shift manager. Explained the situation with my order and that I was extremely upset that I was hung up on, Then the excuses began. The employee got anxiety because I was upset about my order, everyone is new so orders are backing up, door dash is slow, etc. etc. I asked for my refund and the conversation turned to an argument ending in the shift manager using profanity and threatening my life. Called and reported the incident to a supervisor at the customer care number (that’s a whole other complaint), and spoke to a shift manager at another store who coun’t have been more pleasant, and even offered the contact the district manager for me. I hate boycotting companies that I frequent, even prefer over others because of one employee, but I refuse to give Papa Johns my business. I am looking into lawyers, and other legal recourses due to the threat that was made towards me.

Ordered online unaware until afterwards that they use Doordash.
1. Doordash is terrible and I would’ve never ordered it had it been transparent online.
2. Despite the managers best efforts to fix the issue of me never getting my pizza, they still brought me COLD PIZZA after promising me it was in a heat bag.
I didnt care at that point because I was stuck on campus studying for midterms with limited options. Avoid this place unless you’ll be picking it up yourself. Doordash sucks. Cold pizza. Over 1.5hrs of waiting for a cold pizza.

After not eating at Papa John’s for many years, I ordered a couple of take outs. Not sure what happened in that time but the pizza has changed and was terrible. The wings were the smallest I have ever seen anywhere. They were literally an inch long. And it was 50$. We will not eat here ever again. Shaq, Yall need to do better.

Got the limited football pizza. It was so cute! Comes uncut so make sure you have a pizza cutter, I just cut it into squares. Was delivered faster then the time it gave me and nice delivery guy. Very tasty! You’ll like this if you are a fan of thin crust.

I’m allergic to onions, didn’t order onion-ONIONS ON MY PIZZA.
I call to get a new one, they make it and give MY NEW order TO SOMEONE ELSE
then they make another one and we go pick it up because they gave away my first remade order- AND IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA AGAIN (Canadian bacon) IM VEGETARIAN
THREE HOURS LATER: we get the FOURTH TRY, and the pizza is cold.

I have recently started using Papa Johns and I find that they are very professional and I want to recommend them to anyone . Every time the pizza has been good and the managers are real understanding because I’m having to order out because I’m waiting on a Surgery. They’re nice and considerate and they deliver good food

Odered chicken alfredo papa bowl and fresh spinach tomato alfredo pizza. Papa bowl was quite tasty but the pizz was not. The dough was thick and seemed under baked. Except for this time, I would say I have had better pizzas from Papa Johns on other occasions.
