If you’re in Massachusetts and haven’t tried Millis House of Pizza, you’re seriously missing out. The pizza is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked every single time. You can taste the quality in every bite.
The owners are just as incredible as the food — welcoming, hardworking, and they truly care about their customers. The customer service is always top tier, friendly smiles every time you walk in or call.
And let’s talk about delivery — lightning fast! The drivers are quick, professional, and always on point.
Hands down one of the best pizza spots around. Highly recommend!
We ordered from here the other night as we frequently do because we previously LOVED this place, and their pizza was the only one in town that didn’t make me sick or make my stomach feel full of rocks. As I was placing my online order I noticed the website was different- no longer an option to add double extra toppings, only one extra. Then as we were eating I noticed the pizza was a different texture, the cheese was not their classic goopy stretchy cheesy goodness, and more like a sheet of chewy rubber. I was done after 2 pieces whereas normally I could barely stop myself with their pizza. Within a half hour my stomach started hurting, and then I continued to get up through the night with stomach pain. That’s when I confirmed they definitely changed up their recipe. Later on I was scrolling on FB, and saw a post from the Millis group stating that they have recently sold to new owners (I think to the owners of Kravings). Very sad. I guess this is goodbye to our town staple. We will miss you dearly, Millis House.
I went to get it fixed, and the woman behind the counter told me that she was not in charge. It was at 2pm. I asked if anyone else could help me. No management on staff until 5pm.
That means no food safety personnel.
That is a health department issue. The woman had no idea what a hood system was. Nor what to do if there was a fire! She didn’t even say she would call 911! She was also watching her own daughter at the same time. Not sure i would call that safe either.
There was also cold pizza slices for sale not under a heat lamp.
I dont normally go here. I did as I thought I was going to be getting something nice for the students.
I will stick with my normal goto place next time. Took expensive for me.
What a rip off.
