I had the pleasure of trying out the Italian Lady’s food twice today! For lunch I had an ENORMOUS meatball sub that was easily enough for 2 to 3 people, with perfectly sliced meatballs , provolone and grilled green peppers. probably one of the best meatball subs I have ever had!
Then, at the wedding I was working at the beautiful Greenhouse on Woodland, she did a
cannoli station for one of the appetizers! so clever and delicious. The guests were able to choose one of 3 fillings and decorate their Cannoli with mini m&ms, shredded coconut, crushed Oreos, etc with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel and a slight dusting of powder sugar! yum, yum!

Wow! Just wow! This place is incredible. I had the joy of ordering the meatball sub, and all I can say is, life-changing. Both for the better and for the worst. I now know where the best meatballs this side of Italy are found, and now no meatball will ever be enjoyed the same way again. The standard has been established by you all.
Keep up the amazing and great work, everyone. You are a true gem to the area.
I will highly recommend this place to any and everyone.

My wife and I stopped in today just before closing and ordered an amazing hoagie and meatballs with a lemon cake dessert, let me just say this is now one of our favorite lunch spots on the mountain. The ladies serving us were as kind and friendly as you could get even when we arrived just a couple minutes before closing. We highly recommend this lunch spot to everyone who has not had the privilege of going.

So good!
We came during winter so couldn’t eat outside but enjoyed the sandwiches so much.
This is made by two fun women who make everything from scratch so some menus will be sold towards the end of the day. Wanted to try something and they already sold out of it! (Not a bad thing since that means it’s that good!!)
They man a small little building where you go up to the window and they cook everything in their small quarters. They have seating outside. The parking is small so you’ll have to park on some suburban streets if it is busy.
I got the Italian Hoagie and my partner got the Meatball Sammie.
Love a good cannoli and they had some fun flavors, I got the pistachio pictured here and my partner got the Oreo cannoli which he ate right up!
Recommend if you are in this area and would love to see it in the spring/summer to enjoy the outside seating.
Very cute and would come again!

Delicious Italian food in the White mountains. I had the traditional Italian hoagie and a cannoli, they were outstanding. Everyone that I was with commented on the excellent quality of the food. Be sure to check what time and day that they are open on Facebook or their website. Definitely recommend!

Tasty food in a lovely outdoor setting! We drove from Phoenix to visit and were delayed because of an accident. We made it about 25 minutes before their new closing time; they were slammed and out of a number of things, but the women still tried to make it a good experience! The place was clean and food was delicious! We’ll be back for sure—

Everyone loved the sandwiches they got specially the meatballs. I personally order the pork pozole and let me tell you it was a delicious surprise. Also had the peach tea and it was perfect, not super sweet. As for dessert, the Cannoli is a must… definitely coming back

I cannot in good conscience recommend that people patronize her business. She is not a nice person. I came across an article on social media about chronic fatigue syndrome, which is real, and her response was “They create illness disorders to have another pill for.”
People with ME/CFS have hard enough lives as it is, and they don’t need anyone else gaslighting them and telling them it’s in their heads.

We stopped for lunch and got the classic Italian beef, the capo and 2 cannolis. Everything was outstanding! Especially the capo. The kaiser roll was the perfect temperature and crispness and so well paired with the pesto aioli. The best authentic Italian east coast food I ever had outside NYC. Will most definitely be back.

The staff is friendly and the menu is sometimes difficult to read on the outside of the restaurant. The food was pretty good but the meatballs were not as good as the frozen ones from Costco so I was a little disappointed reading all of the raving reviews. Maybe it was an off day ♂️ the marinara sauce was thicker than I would have preferred but was towards the end of their day so it could have just reduced more due to the time it’s been sitting. The flavor was still good with the marinara sauce. The bread was REALLY good here. A nice touch was that the sandwiches include a bag of chips!
