Was a bit of a wait as they had to make my order of wings but of course I ordered 40 of them so it wasn’t that huge of a deal. But I could understand the girl on the order Box and they got my food to me with a smile and an apology for taking so long. Which I greatly appreciated and the food was amazing.

Val deserves to be fired. Never met the lady before ordering at KFC but she’s a poster child of RUDE! I told her wrong order in my bag. Her reply was “you ordered something else”. I told her nope I want this and its what I’ve gotten for 20 years. She slammed the window in my face after snatching the bag from me. Another lady came and said “she’s fixing it”. I hope she gets 3 fold how she treats nice people. I’d never be rude nor was I to her over wrong food order. Get a prison job Val. This line of work doesn’t fit for you girl! Act like a lady someday!!!!!

I called ahead to see if they were open because it’s only been a few days since the Hurricane. They said they were open, drive through only. I thanked them and headed on over. The drive thru line was out to the highway. The line was moving rather quickly. When I got closer to the order station, I noticed vehicles were pulling away from the line and leaving. When it was my turn, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I was told they don’t have any today. So, I ordered 2 three piece meals. I was told again they didn’t have any. So what kind of chicken meals do you have I asked. They said we don’t have any chicken at all. So, I ordered off of the Taco Bell menu and was told that Taco Bell side is closed. Why wasn’t I told this when I called? Why didn’t they put signs up? I waisted 30min of my time and gas waiting to be told KFC is open but we have no chicken. And Taco Bell is closed

Every table was dirty, chairs were broken, and one tabletop was completely broken off. Orders took about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and your food just sits on the counter for some of that time until someone finally calls your number. In the end, the Taco Bell food tasted fine, but it’s nowhere near the sanitized place you’d want to eat. The employees seem miserable, yet nice enough to give me a free drink (I went back after my meal).

I know all about this place. They pay the employees crap and expect absolute perfection. Big surprise, they don’t get absolute perfection; they get low morale and zero motivation to improve. They make the Taco Bell guys do the famous bowls as well as prepping everything else, so if they have a high customer volume, your orders are guaranteed to screech to a halt no matter how hard they’re trying to be fast. They could be great, but the bosses are kids and the employees are jaded and disgruntled. They just need proper leadership, but proper leaders want more than minimum wage.

I just left KFC in bay City Texas. I sat at the speaker to order no one took my order. I pulled up to the window and had to blow my horn twice. The girl that came to the window looked like she had just woke up,I ask if the speaker was working, she shrugged her shoulders. I told her car are leaving because you won’t take their orders she gave me a blank stare. I placed my order 15 minutes later I had a parcel order.either close this store and get one here that can be much better, we have enough chicken places anyway.

The bathrooms are impressively dirty. It truly takes years of neglect to get to the state they’re in.
It’s often said the cleanliness of a restaurant’s restroom is a good indicator of the cleanliness of its kitchen. At the Bay City KFC/Taco Bell, I’d certainly be worried.

Just beyond slow. 35 minutes drive thru. Geez. And supposed to have two side and 4 biscuits when you buy a bucket for 21.99. Nope

I do like KFC compared to other chicken chains but this location just leaves a bad experience. This is not the first time i’ve visited here and almost everytime if I order to-go they will skimp out 1-2 chicken pieces depending on order size. This recent experience is just appalling I had ordered 2 boxes, but they had assumed dine-in which was no problem as it was a simple misunderstanding and I had counted the orders and it was correct so they take back the order to package it, one employee offers to switch a piece as they’ve gotten new chicken so I accepted. The employee took 2 pieces out of each box and only put back 1 piece in each.

This was such a waste of money!! Terribly dissatisfied with the quality of the food. There were ants on the containers of mashed potatoes and on the mac-n-cheese. The chicken was very dry and the coleslaw had to be expired because it stunk like a hot fart….the corn stunk even worse, like mothballs or something. I definitely do NOT recommend this KFC! If I could leave 0 stars..I would!!
