I believe I had the sunnyside bowl. Got my food fast. Everyone there was very nice. Everything was fresh! Will come back again soon !

This is a poke’ bowl restaurant with a small but tasty menu. You are greeted by a kiosk on a side wall, sort of lame and weird. There was no human interaction other than a person calling my name when our food was done. The bowls were well balanced and fresh as the menu suggested. I would come back for the same thing probably, the only spicy poke’ bowl on the menu. The booth seats need better padding.

I had a good experience here. The food is so fresh and there are good selections too. Of course you can make your own bowl, which is always good. I had enough left that I was able to take some home. I thought the price was decent too. Im glad rockford had a poke place!

I ate here for the first time today and I am impressed! The restaurant is really cute and very clean. The food was amazing. I’m on a vegetarian/vegan journey and it was delicious. They have a lot of choices for people trying to eat vegan. I definitely recommend this place. I had the Beyond Good poke bowl. That is what is pictured.

Great vegan choices. Love how they have Beyond steak and vegan mayo. So good. And they have friendly service. The only thing that could be improved on is to add more sauce to the bowl. Each time I go there, it is very skimpy and doesn’t fill up with the other ingredients. I usually have to add more when I get home..

My first time stopping here. I got the surf bowl to try one of the main attractions. Hearty portions of all fish and seaweed salad in the bowl, with a not-overwhelming amount of rice (something I’ve encountered in some other Midwest poke places), and decently sauced but not overpoweringly.
I only ordered pickup, but service was friendly and fast.
Only thing that stood out a bit was that the eel tasted a bit more like catfish to me than I’m used to, but it wasn’t off-putting. Just didn’t quite gel altogether with the light flavors in the bowl. I’ll consider trying the same again sometime to see if it stays the same.
The bowl was colorful, for sure a place you can “eat with your eyes” first.
