Second time at this location, place an order in the app, arrive at store and see bag of food ready and sitting under heat lamps. 3 employees standing around and nobody greets me. Lady finally approached after 3 minutes and hands me my food. She said she was the manager and I explained how that is terrible customer service, as it was the second time happening. She literally rolled her eyes and walked away as she muttered something under her breath. I will never return to this location, staff should be trained on customer service or replaced.

Went at 9pm, and they were out of what I ordered so I just ordered some ice-cream, and fries. Fries were cold, and the wait for what I ordered was ridiculously long. The guy at the window was nice. He’s why I give a 2 star.

I love going to Dairy Queen as it is. After a difficult day or a sweltering August afternoon it’s always a place I feel like I can go. Part of the reason for this is the ice cream, I’ll admit, but the biggest reason is one of your employees. Liam Kremer is the best fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. His service and compassion at the window were unmatched by anyone I’ve ever seen. He greeted me in the kindest way and gave me my food faster than anywhere else. Liam is the reason that people go to Diary Queen and it’s people like Liam that put in the hours to make Dairy Queen the franchise that it is today.

Very bad service. Took 22 minutes to get my order and there only 3 people dining inside. The red head manager is rude and doesn’t know how to respect customers. She told the staff to ignore me when I said 20 minutes is too long.

We got here and it was a little busy not really though, not even mad about the wait though. We didn’t hear when they called a blizzard out so we asked them what it was and got ignored and then a snarky response. My cheese curds were just sitting there and I had to ask if they were mine, they were and by the time they gave me them they were very cold.

Legitimately the worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. Not only did I sit in the drive through for over an hour but the Blizzard that I was given was half melted by the time they got to me.
If you ever see a line at the drive through you should just go to a different cities DQ as there were about 7 cars in front of me and I think they helped one every ten minutes so you’d probably get your food faster and it may even be remotely cold.

I had an overall pretty good experience here. The food was just ok but the ice cream was really delicious. The service stood out to me a lot, as my server Liam was super kind and pretty funny as well.
