If I found leave 0 starts I would. My family just got done eating here, and The restaurant was absolutely trashed! They had just thrown paper towels down in front of the pop machine to clean something up before we even got there and just left them. The line area was like a bomb when off ingredients all mixed together and the bar was covered in food. The one worker was wearing a backpack purse whole making food and restocking the chips and cooler. One of the other employees itched his nose and cleared his watch with a globe on and never changed his glove. AND THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS I HAD HAIR IM MY FOOD!!!!

First and last time getting sandwiches from here. Both of our sandwiches arrived with scarce, incorrect toppings, our bag of chips weren’t even in the bag, and the bread was NOT baked. It was evident the bread they used was taken from the freezer straight to a warmer or left on the counter to thaw. I had called the restaurant to attempt to rectify the errors and was given a huge attitude from the person on the phone and was told they couldn’t help since the order was from a delivery service before being hung up on. We didn’t even eat our meals due to the sandwiches being inedible with unbaked bread. We never get Subway but wanted something cheap and quick, guess that explains everything. Absolutely disgusting.

Just now my boyfriend got back into the truck and handed me my sandwich and showed me his. They are disgusting and made pitifully. The kid who made our sandwiches has been here for a month and is still training? If he has been working for a month then he should know how to make a subway sandwich. We didn’t request anything abnormal. Both easy meals. Just sandwiches. Bread, ham, shredded lettuce, cheese, mayo (and olives and my boyfriends). This is the fifth time we had problems with this branch of Subway. The building might be clean, but the food is not worth it. I’ve never been to a subway this bad. They should be ashamed to give this type of service.

This location feels like it is never clean, with stuff all over the floor. The lettuce is a coin flip each time, either green and fresh or brown and disgusting. I was charged a tip when I did not make a selection for one, and customer service has made absolutely no effort to contact me to get it refunded. The sandwich makers aren’t terrible, and the restaurant is actually quite nice on the off chance that someone has swept the floor in the last three days, but those wins for this location are too few and far between to make it worth it.

Andrews Rd location, never a good sign when there are flies flying around the food and the whole counter of meats and toppings look like they been sitting there for a week rotting away. Employees are more concerned about goofing off with each other than actually doing their job. Always chaotic behind the counter no direction or training going on. And finally, how are you always out of items?? When you don’t have bread that’s a problem for a sub shop don’t you think?

Why is there a piece of someone else’s cookie WRAPPED UP IN MY SANDWICH?! I should have walked out the moment I realized the service was garbage because that usually indicates the food is going to be garbage and I was right on that one. This Subway is disgusting, dirty and full of employees who don’t care if the food they are serving you will make you sick. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

We stopped coming to this location because our online orders are NEVER made correctly and never ready when we go to pick up. Decided to try this location again and it’s the same issue… The sandwich’s were just thrown onto the bread with no care at all. Will not be back.
