The most gorgeous, gem of a business!! I can’t believe I live in Nebraska and didn’t visit sooner! This place is soooo dreamy and chic. The fresh flowers, high quality & handcrafted offerings, the attention to detail with product selection, the vibes!!! An absolute dream. Best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Best pumpkin latte I’ve ever had. The staff was warm and friendly! Just blown away. I’m going to have to drive 30 min every weekend and become a regular!

The night before, while I was at PW’s Bar & Grill, I was told I absolutely had to visit Fariner Bakery the next morning for a cinnamon roll. When I came up to the bakery’s display case and saw those cinnamon rolls, I knew I had to get one. The cinnamon roll was everything I hoped for—soft, rich, and full of flavor. The cappuccino was equally delightful, perfectly crafted, and the ideal complement to the pastry.
With a large communal table at the center, it was the perfect spot to sit down, savor a cappuccino, and enjoy a delicious pastry. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
I also learned that Fariner Bakery hosts a special Apero Hour on weekends, offering cocktails, snacks, and a delightful evening experience. Overall, my visit to Fariner Bakery was a wonderful experience.
I may not know if I’ll have the chance to return to Ashland, but for anyone staying at the RV campground or passing through, it’s definitely worth a stop.

Very pleased with this place! We got coffee (Americano and a latte), the egg breakfast sandwich and of course the Focaccia avocado toast. It was delightful. It was raining so we didn’t go out on the patio. There are plenty of good locally sourced foods. Definitely worth the stop!!

Finally went here after everyone was telling me to go, I got the cinnamon rolls, these are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had!
They are giant and the flavor is all the way through the cinnamon roll unlike most others I’ve had.
It was so good that I ordered 18 more for our family Christmas dinner!

These are some fantastic baked items. We got the ham and cheese croissant and a cinnamon roll. The ham and cheese was seasoned with an everything seasoning which it definitely could have done without, but the texture and softness of the croissant was great. The cinnamon roll was tasty with a icing that was the right level of sweet.

Love this place! Yes, it is usually packed but that’s a good thing 🙂 I’ve been here a few times and have loved the pastries every time. Lavender Vanilla latte is also so good. They usually have an assortment of flowers out as well so that’s a nice touch. They so many things to offer, definitely a must visit if in the Ashland area.

I actually don’t like sugar cookies, but this made me go back to buy more to share.
Ginger bread cookie 4.5-5 star
So this is one of those, maybe it was a 5 star but I wasn’t feeling ginger bread day. I thought it was a bar at first with it’s shape. It was a good version, full of flavor, nicely chewy (soft chew). My partner said it was dangerously addictive. It’s a very strong cookie so for myself it was good with a hot latte.
Scone 4.5 star
The flavor was good, but it would nice to have the option to warm it up.
Decaf Latte 4 stars
Pricing for the latte was pretty good.
Sourdough bread 4 stars
Pricing for the sourdough bread surprised me. Was it a good loaf, yes. Would I buy it again for that price? No.
Parking is available on the street or on the side of the building. In both cases it’s free.
