The guy that made my pizza, omg, he was so rude, yelling at the customers, including myself. He was having a really bad day and you can tell he was taking it out on his customers. I order pizza from there EVERY WEEK & MONTH but NEVER again. He can bake and eat all the pizza. I will not buy from someone who doesn’t respect me or my money!

Unfortunately, this experience with Papa John’s was disappointing. We ordered the cookie pie, which we were really looking forward to, but it arrived completely burnt and inedible. The edges were hard, the center was overcooked, and it just wasn’t enjoyable at all. It’s frustrating when something that’s usually a favorite treat turns out like this. I understand mistakes can happen, but better quality control before sending out orders would make a big difference. Hopefully next time the desserts are checked before delivery, because this one definitely missed the mark.

The managers here are great and know what they are doing, the store manager Tyler does a great job keeping the store stocked, clean, and ready for whatever comes. The delivery drivers are fast, reliable, and respectful. Every order I’ve gotten has been made to the best. The pizzas always look amazing. When I go in and do carry out I’m always greeted with smiles, my order is taken and done in a great time, and I over all love this Papa John’s!

Pizza had obviously been dropped because the toppings were all over the place! It was a mess!! Usually this locations has really good tasting pizza-this was an expensive disappointment I guess they use DoorDash for drivers? Guy was nice but this pizza was yucky! .

Order was delivered an hour late. No where online did it mention, or I missed it, that delivery was through door dash. If I knew that I wouldn’t have ordered.
Why am I paying a delivery fee if you’re not the one delivering it? After driving cross country I just wanted a hot pizza, Papa John’s should disclose their method of delivery before consumers get stuck with shoddy service. Watched as the driver was one stop away stopping in various neighborhoods until finally it was truly one stop. Pathetic

Carryout this trip, Papa Johns pizza is pretty good for a national chain, the pizza was ready when they said it would be, hot and just as ordered. Only reason low on the atmosphere score is that it’s a carryout store.

This is what you get when you request a well done crust. A soggy inedible mess with cheese that isnt even melted, they charge you 20 bucks for the privilege too. They can’t even be bothered to answer their phones to request a refund, and their website just auto directs you back to the main page for orders. Place an order for 15 pizzas on their website though and their manager magically finds the time to call you and passive aggressively complain that they’re the “only ones who know how to make pizzas there”

Put the wrong ingredients on it, ordered stuffed crust (didn’t receive that), and it was undercooked and insanely saucy. Worst papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had.
