I understand coming in near closing time isn’t ideal for employees trying to close up, but when the posted hours are till 9 PM and it’s 8:42 PM I’m left flabbergasted as to why I was told they could not make me a sandwich. The door was unlocked. There was even another customer in there, with a sandwich in hand, talking with the guy at the register… From the time I pulled up and got out of the car and walked in, and resumed there talking still as I got back into the car and drove away. I hope this review finds the owner or manager so that they are aware that the employees (one guy and one girl) working Thursday, March 5, 2026 were extremely rude and smug about having to close, and clean up everything so they could be out of there at 9 PM. To top it off all the food was still in the Cold-wells with the glass lids open. Nothing had begun to be wrapped up and put into the coolers yet. Perhaps I’m missing something but with almost 20 minutes till close I don’t see why they would be so unwilling to spend two or three of those minutes making me a sandwich. Yet they were perfectly content, laughing, and carrying on with the previous customer.

Very nice and friendly staff, we are pure vegetarian and staff knew what they were doing. Brittney changed her gloves without even us asking for it. She even changed again after using meat on someone else’s sub. She knew what she was doing and take her job very seriously. Very welcoming staff. Impressed.

Not the most outgoing crew, that is for sure. I will also say those of you thinking you can use the coupons mailed to your house, think twice. I reckon they are too good to honor them, which is a bit frustrating when that is partly why one may have chosen to eat here. The store itself was clean, though I did not think the bread was as fresh tasting as it should be. I will give them credit for say thank you and have a nice day when I left the store. I don’t do subway often and only get the tuna, i doubt i will go back to this store.

This use to be a decent subway, i hadnt ate subway in almost a year. I went in today and they got a panhandler at the door beggin 4 food. I made my order with the male employee who i guess thought he was feedn himself cuz he assumed most of my sandwich then thought about askn me wht i wanted and i gladly told him to go bk and make it over so he was hot. He passed it to the female in there to finish it and she did, then i asked her bought my 2 pizzas i ordered which was cheese n pepperoni. She put one pepperoni per slice never seen tht done before she then proceeded to heat them up and again didnt ask if i wanted veggies or anything on it at all, she burned up both of them. She then got my order 2gether put it by the register and proceeded to take the next order like i got no where 2 go. She finished tht lady order rang up mine just 2 tell me subway didnt show her how 2 take gift cards. Im like who did they show, and why u dont know if u work here? A thirty dollar question she couldnt answer. I figured it out without her help and then the 2 employees tht wrk there gon say dont bring giftcards in here 2 pay anymore. Like really, how bout yall stop buyn into franchises u know nothing about. I want be eatn subway from here or anywhere else again 4 a while. Thank yall 4 ur lack of customer service.

This location is the worst.. I didn’t think it was possible to make a standard subway sandwich and it be disgusting. All locations are not the same. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They wouldn’t make my food because I had an old number attached to my subway app that they couldn’t call and verify my mobile order I’ve never had that issue with any subway location I would recommend going to the one in walls or the one in Southaven on Stateline

First and for most everytime I come to this location they act like they can’t READ ! I literally write specifically how I want the sandwich (cut in half) and they act like they don’t know what it mean . I visit this store today and the app literally kept messing up , I literally ordered the same sandwhich I do EVERYTIME & it added tomatoes and onion as I am allergic , I asked for a remake NICELY and they told me I would have to repay and the man had an attitude about it , this is literally the worst location .
THEN I get home and check every sandwhich and they still made every sandwhich wrong

I stopped by to get a bite. Service was fast but the lady behind the counter was on one. I noticed she would take money but put change or your receipt on counter as if you was bugging her like just go.Had to tell her let start over. Don’t take the money then feel like your entitled.
