Paid 18 dollars for a turkey and salami sandwhich. I expect everything to be fresh. Bread was old. Tomatoes were translucent and soggy. Everything should be fresh and it wasn’t. The stuff in the cooler looked like it was sitting there for a couple days. Never again.

I had one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant at this Subway location. I placed an online order for pickup, just as I always do. While I was driving to the store, I received a vague call from an employee telling me to “bring my credit card,” with no explanation. It sounded suspicious and completely inappropriate for a business to say with no context.

When I arrived, the employees told me I needed to show my card because of “fraud happening at this location.” I understand a business wanting to protect itself, but the way this was handled placed the burden on me as a paying customer, which is unacceptable. They printed a receipt showing a card number that didn’t match mine—I had used Apple Pay on the Subway website, which has never caused an issue anywhere else.

Instead of trying to understand the situation or troubleshoot their system, the employees refused to make my order and treated me as though I was trying to do something dishonest over a $45 family order. The interaction was disrespectful and handled with zero professionalism. One employee refused to give his name when I asked. Another employee, Ayam Patel, eventually printed a cancellation receipt, but I was given no proof of refund and no reassurance.

I left without my order and with a very negative impression of how this location is being managed. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest that others be cautious. This store urgently needs better training, clearer procedures, and more respectful customer service.

I was happy to discover a Subway near my new job and it appears to be newly renovated. The place was not busy so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and the business appeared clean inside. I ordered an oven-roasted turkey sub and it was delicious. Thank you.

Love this place….the guy that works there and serves me and runs the place Is probably one of the nicest people I ever met..he always takes care of me..and as soon as I walk threw the door he happily greets me and asks how my day was!! I feel very welcomed ever time I step foot there..and the place is spotless he keeps it extremely clean!

The customer service from the owner/manager needs improvement. Asking him a simple question is like giving him more work to do. Caught him rolling his eyes. On top of that my bread was old because when I got home i could barely squeeze without it crumbling into pieces.

I went there because the National Subway chain was offering a free sub from their New menu. Well not this location , a number of us waited in line and the person behind the counter didn’t say anything. Once I got to the counter I had to ask if they were offering the deal, just find out that they weren’t.

Hello, I have been a customer here many times and everytime it seems like the manager/owner is the only employee. Knowing that, I have some sympathy such as not rushing him or asking from him too much. Today I particularly wanted a tuna melt footlong, but he forgot, which is just HUMAN. it’s OKAY. I ate my sandwich anyway and didn’t bother to make a big deal about it, I can see he’s busy. Meanwhile, there was a Karen who was enjoying her food and upon finishing the whole thing, left by making a fuss, walked up to the manager yelling at him that she will rate him 1 star for no bathroom and no spinach wrap in stock. It was embarassing to see a customer treat someone like that who has absolutely no control over that. The store doesn’t owe anyone a restroom area… Anyway, I scrolled through older reviews and Lo and Behold I found the same lady complaining about the same exact thing 2 years ago even after eating there for years….I just wanted to rate this store to cancel out her review. Thank you for your service Subway =)
