The Jimmy John’s in Lake Havasu City has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a sub. The quality is consistently excellent—fresh ingredients, perfect bread, and the speedy service Jimmy John’s is known for. What makes this location truly stand out, though, is the new ownership and the amazing employees.
The new owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and committed to creating a positive atmosphere. Their staff is friendly, patient, and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ experience.

$1 combos, but only if you ask for it. Otherwise they automatically ring you up at full price. What a bait and switch.
Brought my parents here to eat. I happened to mention the $1 combo for my order towards the end of my interaction, and the cashier had to rebuild my entire order. My parents did not mention the $1 combo at all so they were charged full price. Mind you, there are signs all over the store advertising the $1 combo deal. No where was it obvious that it had to be verbalized. My parents spoke with the manager who gave the lamest excuses ever. Refused to refund the difference and just said “you would know for next time.” There won’t be a next time for my parents and I won’t be visiting this JJ location in the future.

I walked a bit before opening time and didn’t even realize they were open. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the new part owners. He was amazing and super friendly! I was in and out with under two minutes of being. The service was great, and the food was fresh.

Ordered #1 Lil John. Paid $5.69+8.85%tax + $2.49 Tip! Got home Sandwich included stale bread, one slice of ham, little lettuce , tomato- No mayo And no cheese! Called them the young girl basically said that “I had to ask for cheese?!” Seriously though she clearly doesn’t understand customer service or even the menu… super disappointed with this Jimmy John’s and it was pretty messy to boot!

They finally started to add some variety to their menu! That’s the good part.
The bad part is they make your sandwich wrong about 50% of the time!
We keep going back because it’s so easy to order sandwiches on the app and pick up on the way down to the lake.
Recently we ordered from here 3 times in one week and the sandwiches were wrong every single time!
Why offer choices if you aren’t even going to make the order correctly!?
After the 3rd time, which was a good one- ordered sandwich on the French roll and got it made in a wrap- now going other places.
Need a break from the freaky fast made wrong sandwich!

Started off with me waiting at the front for almost 10 minutes. There was a girl up front on the phone with her back to me which I thought was awesome. Finally ordered a basic turkey sandwich and it was pretty good once I got it. Honestly with one other customer in there, they need to pick it up.
