We recently dined at this restaurant on a weekend and were impressed with the fast service. The family-friendly atmosphere was enhanced by the bright and lively decor, which looked like it had been recently renovated. The soup special and spring rolls were delicious, but the grilled beef with vermicelli was just okay.
However, we were disappointed with the preparation of the Vietnamese coffee. What really caught our attention, though, was the staff handling drinks without gloves or washing their hands beforehand, which raised some hygiene concerns.

This restaurant i promise it ain’t worth it.. the food isn’t even that good. It was pretty cold when i got my pho. Said i wanted chicken i got beef in my pho? Everything was so tasteless Also, there is this waiter with long black hair, young she was genuinely so damn boring and disrespectful. Girl was so nonchalant and for what. She didn’t know how to do her job properly and it was showing. It was the second time she was our waiter too and she didn’t changed. + the place is always empty (no wonder). The girl was constantly rolling her eyes whilst we were telling her our order (thinking we don’t see her) and it looked like she was irritated. Whatever 0/10 worst restaurant in Laval.

I didn’t know what to eat, and the waiter suggested Dăc Biêt soup. It was really tasty. First time trying trips. It’s a bit chewy but still good. Staff were really friendly. I got a kick of seeing a robot bringing the meals to the tables.

Food portion small, pho is not good, I’ve tasted way better. Waitress is really not friendly or does not have a smile on her face. She needs to learn how to serve clients, not with this kind of attitude. Shrimp spring rolls were not fresh the rice roll was hard. They definitely need to do better. As for us we wont come back.

Pho Mymy is our go to place for Vietnamese dish (Bun bo hue and pho). Always had a good experience. Bowls cost around 15$ each (excluding tax and tips).
The last time we went though they didn’t give red cabbage to accompany the Bun bo hue. Just bean sprouts and Thai basil which go with pho. Bun bo hue wasn’t spicy enough. I wish there was more meat.

The food is great, there is a lot of flavor, a really good portion really just great. the service is outstanding they are very nice and patient the atmosphere is calm. overall best pho place in the world

Coming from Toronto and craving for a bowl of Pho for quick dinner. I ordered a House special and the coconut jelly drink, the beef broth is very fragrant and tasty, one size and it’d perfect potions. I will try their grill port chop on rice next time.

im not the type of complaining but this place is really not welcoming. At first I stepped in and saw the face of the workers like damn not another customer, I said hi how are you and had no respond the portion is really small the pho missing some tendons in the dac biet and the limonade is 3/4 ice i give this place 2/10 just for the deco and fast service because we was only 2 table at the restaurant not worth it

The food here is delicious. The price we pay is more than fair for the quantity and quality of the food we are served. The staff is friendly and know the menu by heart. Feels like a family restaurant; you come out full and your wallet didn’t take a big hit.
When we got it there was not a lot of people so no waiting time to get seated and it gives the ambiance a very calm feeling.

Right when we walk in, waitress didn’t welcome us with a hi, rather with a : VACCINE PASSPORT AND ID. Service was quick. We ordered 2 #9 pho with well done beef. There is just ONE size of PHO available which is medium. Imperial rolls are alright but their fish sauce is bland. The lime and the basil with sprouts comes in a tied up plastic bag. Disappointed with the pho, bland, served with fatty beef. When it was time to pay, the men worker was at the cash. When you finish paying with card, the man would quickly click “ DO NOT PRINT RECEIPT” on the interact machine from my side, which was very odd to do. Definitely very sketchy because the price is marked at a certain amount but when i check with my credit card, the amount has 2$ that has been over charged.
