I enjoyed dinner here this evening. My goodness was it delicious and affordable. Almost too affordable! For a mere $12.50, I got a boatload of noodles, broth, and meat. No way I could finish it all.
Foremost, the broth was the star, as it should be. It was rich, fatty, umami, and mouthcoating. Seriously. Some of the best pho broth I have ever had. Since I got the Pho Bo, they served up rare beef, brisket, and meatball quarters. Every time I though I’d finished the meat, another chunk floated to the top. Christmas in a bowl. Ha!
The environment was clean, quiet, and trendy. The husband-wife (?) team was very kind and attentive. Please visit them ASAP!

I went in there today with my family at 2:50pm. Server turned us away at the door and said kitchen is on break from 3pm-5pm. I wish this was posted on the door hours/the internet so we would’ve have known. Besides that, This is the best pho we have yet tried. Me and my husband have tried multiple places in Dallas, Irving, grand prairie, Allen and nothing beats this place! Pho Bo is 10/10. 100000% recommend eating here. Waiter is so friendly. Never a wait time either.

Just by looking at the photos of the food that we ate for dinner was delicious, hot,authentic, great service and not crowded surprisingly. Worth coming back and trying out other dishes. We ordered the Pho with chicken, Pho Ga and appetizer Grilled Pork Spring Rolls. The restaurant was clean, including the bottles of sauces you use to add to the Pho.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pho Vietz! The pho alone deserves 5 stars – rich, flavorful, and absolutely comforting. My boyfriend ordered the seafood boil, and it did not disappoint either – super fresh and packed with flavor! We also tried their Thai tea, which was so good I had to get one to go. To top it all off, I grabbed a banh mi for later, and it was just as tasty. Their service was spectacular. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back and try even more of their menu!

This is the SKETCHIEST restaurant on the planet. They are selling under multiple different restaurants on uber eats. I ordered from “Pho Vietz” and got a receipt from Nate + Titus Seafood and grill. I called the restaurant to clarify why I got the receipt from them and they said that the owner didn’t want to “change the receipt paper” to the “new restaurant name”. The “manager/only cook for both restaurants” told me that the pho was also on the Nate + Titus menu, which it is not. The food was not good. It seems as if this is false advertising. Do not give these people your money. I feel very uncomfortable being delivered food from a restaurant that I did not order from.

I was excited to try it last night and even called ahead since it’s a 30‑minute drive from Plano. The gentleman on the phone told me the last order was at 8:30pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. On my way there, I tried calling nine times to place an order ahead, but no one answered.
I arrived before 8:30pm, only to be told the cook had already left for the day and they couldn’t take my order. When I mentioned that I had called earlier and drove over based on the information they gave me, they simply brushed it off. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so the excuse of being too occupied to answer calls didn’t hold up.
If someone had answered even one of my calls, we wouldn’t have continued the drive. Very disappointing service.

Y’all, as a fellow Vietnamese, I can tell you that the food here is authentic Vietnamese food. I came in because it was near my job and did not have much expectation; thinking it would be another Asian fusion place. As soon as I supped pho broth, I knew for certain food is authentic. The richness in the broth is there. You can tell that it’s been simmered for a long time. I’ve tried many pho places in the DFW and this is my top three places for pho. I’ve been back three times now in the past two months. The bun bo is also delicious, and the spring rolls are legit.
Their two staff members are amazing. They’re attentive, courteous, and works really hard.

I wonder why this place is not very busy both time we went there. We’re in town for an event for the weekend but we already went to have dinner here twice, which says how much we like the food here. Everything we ordered was very tasty: phở, bún bò Huế, rice combo, vermicelli combo, and beef salad. 10/10 for the food.
