I placed an order on my app. After I got home and opened up my sandwich it was not toasted and it didn’t have any lettuce. This is not the first time that my sandwich has been messed up. I will not be ordering online ever again from the subway

I ordered online. When I got there, because it said it was gonna be ready Soon, I still had to wait an extra 30 mins for my order. The young lady was walking around with the order in her hand until she asked me what I was here for and I told her I was picking up an order, and she says, oh okay. When the young lady was starting to making the sandwiches she had an attitude when making them also was cussing when making them. All the sandwiches were not even cut down the middle. She also had the audacity to argue when I was grabbing my chips. I order the cheddar sun chips and she was making me get the chili one. She told me it was on the order and that’s not what I ordered. She was very rude. When I got home, one of my sandwiches did not have honey mustard. It had a different sauce, which tasted funky. I don’t think i am will be going back for awhile. Bad customer service.

Been to a lot of subways around the country and this one, in the middle of nowhere, was one of the friendliest and quickest to get our order done. The young man who helped me with the condiments did something I never thought of doing and he tore up the pieces of spinach before putting it on my sandwich which makes it so much easier to eat. A small detail but meaningful to me. This will be a routine stopping point from now on as we frequently drive this direction through to Texas.

Ordered on the app. Went to pick up and the 3 employees were having a training session. I stood there for 3 minutes before being noticed, told the lady what I was there for and she told me to hang on. They finished making 2 sandwiches and the lady gives me a sideways look and says ” what do you need” i told her I had an online order. She points to a shelf and says. ” probably over there” then walks to the back. Sure enough. There was my order. Now to the food. $16 for a salad with no dressing and didn’t have 3 of the veggies I ordered. No chips. No drink. No cookie. If $2 per bite is the new normal I’ll just go without. Subway can keep the bad attitude and overpriced lettuce.

Food is always good. I love subway. What I don’t like is the incompetent workers. I order to go all the time. I am a busy lady, I want my sandwhich CUT IN HALF. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO READ THE COMMENTS OF THE ONLINE ORDER?!! EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS NEVER CUT IN HALF. EVER! I have gone in and asked a lady. She said they do see the comments she’s not sure why it isn’t being cut in half. PAY ATTENTION!!! It’s not hard:) or find a different job 🙂

Delivery order. Took over an hour. Philly Cheese Steaj had 3 tiny green peppers on one end. Bun was flattened and chewy It actually made me nauseous when I tried to eat it. Went to the garbage
To the one sweet girl who answered when I called to add a Churro on to my order…..thank you. You were the only bright spot. I should have gotten churros from Shandy’s next door. These were soft and chewy. Ugly churro, ugly , what they called, Philly CheeseSteak

I’m undecided about my rating for this subway. Most of the employees are friendly and efficient but there is at least one who really brings the establishment down. I don’t make the exact same sandwich every time I go in and when I pause while deciding what I would like on my sandwich she repeatedly asks “what else” to the point of making me feel rushed. She also gets agitated when I try to use coupons or text offers, questioning their validity, and has compared the coupon on my mobile device to the offer on her screen like I’ve got a bogus offer. Her attitude toward customers is curt and unpleasant overall. Seems like she’d much rather be at home with a stout drink.
